Very nice clean property. Easy access in and out. Ample parking

Had trouble with accessing the pool. Besides that great room. Clean. Comfortable. Easy access to groceries, restaurant, bars, skiing. On a separate note. We lost a little Bluetooth speaker. Think it might be under the bed. Let me know if you find it.

Old outdated unit

This is an old, outdated, worn out unit with very little room to maneuver. Dirty carpet, non functional blinds, loose and missing trims, cheapest light fixtures to boot. The only plus is its close proximity to the ski shuttle bus stop, which is just directly across the street. I will never come back to this unit.

Do not rent this unit

Tired and dirty unit. Also poorly managed starting with the wrong door code so we stood outside in a snow storm for 15 minutes while the after hours staff, located in another state or country maybe, tried to get us the correct code. Once inside previous renters underware on the floor and snot or some other fluid on the throw pillows. Closet was full up with someone's junk so no place to put our clothes. Vacasa wa the property management company. Will make sure we never rent a unit managed by them again.

A good value in a great location

We stayed during the second weekend of Sundance. The room is as shown in the picture. It's not a large place to hang out in but good for two people We had some initial confusion about how to unlock the door using the code, but it worked fine through the stay. The room was a little stuffy when we first arrived, but clean and well stocked with supplies. The bed was comfortable. The location is excellent if you're interested in Prospector Square events and restaurants. A very convenient spot to stay during Sundance.

Nice amenities but black hairs everywhere

Although this little condo had all of the amenities one would need and was set up nicely with the limited amount of space provided, but the bedding was disgusting. There were short and long Black hairs all over the white sheets and pillowcases, As well as, very questionable white stains all over the blue comforter and when we asked for new bedding for the next day they did not remedy the situation because there were still multiple black hairs and the same questionable stains on the comforter. Broken glass also fell out of the cupboard while my husband opened it. Very dirty and over all extremely disappointed with our stay and with the cleaning service. I am only giving this a two star because Anna and Chealsae with Vacasa made things right finally and this has the potential of being a nice little rental. BUT needs major improvement from the management of the property and cleaning staff. The real kicker was they left our door to our room unlocked and left us for the second night with no bedding. Unacceptable as we had very valuable things in our room.

will never use vacasa again NO a/c

The condo was small, and no where on the site did it state there was NO a/c or I would not have booked it. There was a thermometer on the wall and it said 90 degrees. I am 70 and both my friend and I have breathing problems and need a/c. I tired calling all the phone numbers I had and no one picked up the phone. I had to find another place to stay at additional cost and in a different town that had a/c. I will never use Vacasa again for booking any of my vacations!

The condo got the job done -- it won't be the part of the trip you look back on and remember, but then again, that's not why you're going to Park City, right? All in all, perfectly fine experience in a convenient location for getting to the slopes and Main St. Better to not have a car if you can avoid it, as parking is a little tricky and the bus stop is very close.
