Almost considered ski-in / ski-out, great ski access! 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath. Mountains Views, with private heated Garage and Private Hot Tub!
The main level features a chef's kitchen with Viking appliances. There is a large dining table and breakfast bar. The open concept living space features a sectional sofa and fireplace. The heated garage is set up as a ski locker. Includes access to the clubhouse featuring pool, 12 person in ground hot tub, exercise room, and party room with kitchen.
The upstairs features three bedroom, sleeping up to 8 in beds. The master suite has a king bed, luxury bath, fireplace, and tv. The second bedroom features a queen bed with panoramic mountain view. The third bedroom contains a bunk bed with (2) twins. There is a second full bathroom as well.
The main level features a chef's kitchen with Viking appliances. There is a large dining table that seats nine. An adjacent breakfast bar seats an additional four. The open concept living space features a comfortable sectional sofa with space to relax and watch the cable tv or share stories of the days' events in front of a fire. The deck off the dining room has an outdoor grill as well as seating to enjoy the cool evening breezes. Additionally, there is a bureau space with integrated charging stations for all your cell phones, cameras, computers, etc. The third full bathroom is located on this level.
The heated garage has space for an oversized vehicle. Additionally, we have set up this space as a full ski room with boot and glove dryers, ski/snowboard storage, bench seating, and plenty of built in storage for all of your sporting equipment. Hi speed wireless internet is included. A six person private jacuzzi is the perfect ending to your day on the mountain. The home has air conditioning and forced air heat. Includes access to the clubhouse featuring pool, 12 person in ground hot tub, exercise room, and party room with kitchen.
Our home is a just steps from the Canyons Cabriolet lift. If tired from a day of skiing, there is also a free Canyons Village shuttle that will pick you up from the home and deliver you to the gondola (or vice versa). If you prefer to ski on the Park City side of the resort, you can take the brand new Quicksilver Gondola which connects Park City and Canyons Resorts. If you prefer to drive, it is a quick 3 miles to the base of Park City by car or by the free local shuttle. Deer Valley Mountain Resort is only two miles further. Enjoy Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, or Sundance with a less than 45 minute drive. Kimball Junction (shopping) and the Utah Olympic Park are a five minute drive.
House Rules:
🕓 CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM (Mountain Time) Early check-in or late check-out must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and approved in writing. Additional fees apply and are billed in 30-minute increments at $50 per hour.
👤 RESERVATION HOLDER The primary guest must be 21 years or older, present during the stay, and accept responsibility for all guests and actions on the property. A valid government-issued ID may be requested at any time before or during the stay.
🔇 NOISE & OCCUPANCY Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Strictly Enforced) per Summit County law and local HOA rules. No parties, events, or gatherings of any kind. Maximum occupancy is limited to the number listed in your reservation unless otherwise approved in writing, If the number of guests exceeds the reservation count without written approval, a fee of $85 per unauthorized guest per night may be charged to the primary reservation holder, and APRÈS may cancel your reservation with no qualifying refund.
🚭 SMOKING / VAPING Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or cannabis use inside or on property grounds. A minimum $500 fine applies for any odor, evidence, or damage caused by smoking.
🚫 PARKING & VEHICLES Street parking is PROHIBITED, unless otherwise noted. All vehicles must be parked in the garage, driveway, or assigned spaces. Guests are responsible for any towing, HOA fines, or violations related to improper parking. Many neighborhoods are actively monitored by the HOA and private security.
🐾 PETS & SERVICE ANIMALS Pets are only allowed at designated pet-friendly properties and must be approved prior to arrival. Undisclosed pets will incur a $500 violation fee. Service animals MUST be disclosed to host, PRIOR to arrival per ADA requirements; no additional fees apply to qualified service animals.
🛋️ HOME CARE & FURNITURE Do not move indoor furniture. Damage or repositioning will result in a re-staging or repair fee. Outdoor furniture may be repositioned but must be returned to original placement before check-out. Do not hang towels or clothing on railings, decks, or furniture. Use hooks or designated drying racks if available.
🌡️ HVAC & ENERGY USE Do not leave windows or doors open while using the heat or air conditioning (if amenity is applicable). Adjust thermostats no more than 2–3 degrees at a time. Failure to follow this may cause system damage and result in service/repair charges if negligence is determined.
🚽 TOILET USE & PLUMBING Only flush toilet paper. Do not flush wipes, feminine products, paper towels, or any other materials. Guests will be charged for plumbing services caused by misuse or clogging.
🧺 DAMAGE TO LINENS / TOWELS Guests will be charged for any damaged or stained items that cannot be restored: - Duvet Insert: $85 - Duvet cover: $45 - Sheet (fitted, flat, etc): $35 - Pillow: $30 - Pillowcase (pair): $20 - Bath Towel: $20 - Hand Towel/Face Towel: $15 - Washcloth/Hand Towel: $10 - Bath floor-mat: $10 Common issues include: makeup stains, tanning products, pet hair, blood, or bleach damage.
🧼 CLEANING & HOUSEKEEPING The home will be professionally cleaned before arrival. If anything is not up to standard, please contact us within the first 24 hours of arrival If we are not notified within the first 24 hours, we will assume the home was received in acceptable condition. Additional cleaning during your stay may be available for an added fee, or mid-stay cleans based on availability with 48-hour advance notice. Excessive mess left at check-out may result in additional cleaning charges.
♨️ HOT TUB / SPA USE (if applicable) No food, glass, or oils/lotions allowed in hot tubs. Children under 12 must be supervised. Misuse that requires draining, cleaning, filter replacement, or repair will result in a $450 fee (with documentation). Use of hot tubs is at your own risk. Guests waive host liability by choosing to use these amenities.
🔐 SECURITY CAMERAS & SAFETY Exterior security cameras may be present at entrances, driveways, or garages. Cameras are for guest safety, occupancy enforcement, and property protection. There are no cameras inside the home.
🔑 LOST KEYCARD & REMOTE Please note that a $100 replacement fee will be charged for each lost or unreturned keycard and garage remote. This fee covers the cost of reprogramming and replacement to maintain the safety and security of our property.
🗑️ TRASH & DISPOSAL All trash must be bagged and placed in designated outdoor bins. Bags left outside or on the ground (not in bins) may result in a $85 disposal fee. If bins are full, please notify us during your stay.
📦 MAIL / DELIVERIES Mailbox access is not available. We do not hold mailbox keys, and we cannot retrieve or forward mail.
⚖️ LIABILITY & DAMAGE REPORTING POLICY Guests may be charged for any damage, violation, or misuse beyond normal wear and tear. Guests are required to report any existing damage or concerns within the first 24 hours of arrival. Failure to do so will imply that the property was received in satisfactory condition, and any unreported issues may be assumed to have occurred during the stay. Guests must report all accidental damage prior to check-out. Unreported damage found after departure may be billed to the primary reservation holder. Management reserves the right to enter the property during emergencies or to resolve urgent issues. Violation of any house rule may result in early termination of the stay without refund.
📜 LOCAL ORDINANCE & HOA COMPLIANCE Guests are required to comply with all local ordinances, HOA rules, and community guidelines in addition to these house rules. Violations may result in fines, removal from the property, or legal action.
📽️ COMMERCIAL USE & LIABILITY WAIVER The home may not be used for commercial activities, retreats, photo shoots, or events without prior written approval. Guests agree to hold APRÈS Vacation Homes and the property owner harmless from any claims or liability related to injury, loss, or damages during their stay.
❄️ WINTER SAFETY NOTICE During winter months, guests are advised to use caution on icy walkways, decks, and driveways. Snow and ice may accumulate quickly. APRÈS provides snow removal as needed, but guests assume all risk related to slips and falls due to changing weather conditions. Snow removal will happen once per day, the host is not responsible for excessive snow inconvenience.
🧳 LOST & FOUND APRÈS Vacation Homes is not responsible for personal items left behind. We will make reasonable efforts to return found items, but shipping costs are the guest's responsibility via a pre-paid label and $45 admin fee.
💻 WIFI & TECHNOLOGY Internet and smart features (WiFi, smart TVs, streaming services, etc.) are provided as a courtesy and may occasionally experience outages. No refunds will be issued for disruptions caused by local service providers or power issues beyond our control.

We love staying at the Blackstone for our family during our annual ski trips. Casago is an amazing company and if we ever had an issue they responded quickly and were very helpful.
Property was just as described. Very nice and clean. Kitchen was well equipped.
Only one issue. Fireplace in master did not work.
Only suggestion would be to have more towels and pillowcases for all the pillows.

I chose this property based on a gym, a community, pool and spa and a private spa. We get there and the spa will not heat and the gym and the community pool and spa were also closed and had been closed for two weeks. I was not made aware of these when booking the property and when I called the property manager, they came and drained the spa, which prohibited us from utilizing it. They could not fix the spa that was located at the townhome itself. I have requested a refund because I made my decision 100% based on the amenities that they listed and none of those were available or broken when we arrived. So my overall rating is very poor and they offered me 100 refund per night which is an insult considering why we chose the property.
Nice place, good location, very well appointed, sleep count a little off, but overall excellent experience.There were 8 family and friends staying at this location for a three-day ski trip in Park City. The host was accommodating the entire time esp. with our early arrival to store some ski gear before the remaining guests arrived. The home has everything you could possibly need or imagine for your visit. It was all new and quite nice. Our only disappointment was the number of beds available for everyone. It appeared to us, based upon the listing, that everyone would have a bed, but there were only enough beds for 7 people. One of us wound up on the couch - though we did find a blowup bed. I think future visitors would appreciate better clarification in the description regarding exactly what sleeping accommodations are available. The place was otherwise so nice, the bed situation was quickly overlooked. I speak for everyone in our group when I say we had a great stay and loved the place. It offered easier access than I expected - even if it isn’t ski-in ski-out. The walk to the gondola is only 5 minutes, which was totally manageable even with all our ski gear. We would definitely stay here again. Kudos to a great condo and guest experience.
