Condo close to the slopes

Very nice upscale 3 bedroom 3 bath condo in Park City. Clean. Remodeled with upscale bathrooms and kitchen. Very nice.

Spring Break

All in all, we had a great stay. The condo is convenient to the mountain. There is construction going on next door so the outside stairs up to the condo as well as the entry way in the building are dirty and unkept. Also, the laundry is in the basement and is shared...we were under the impression there was laundry in the unit. The area around the laundry was very unkept and workmen were using that space. The cleaning crew needs to clean more thoroughly...especially the floors. Lastly, the condo needs better lighting....it's very dark...just replace the lampshades with lighter ones and the issue will be solved. Overall, we had a great stay and the condo is the perfect location and very comfortable inside...just have the cleaning crew do a more thorough cleaning and specify in your description that the laundry is not in unit and is shared. Also, I would ask the building to make sure the entry way is cleaned regularly as this is the first impression to the condo. Just some suggestions....we really did enjoy ourselves and had awesome snow! I am sure summer and fall are stunning from the patio!

Good location, not a great kitchen, a little grungy and lacking in basics. Scheduled a cleaning mid-week and they showed up late right as we were returning from skiing which was totally inconvenient

Park City

Nice location and easy to get to mountain. Well stocked kitchen. Wolf gas stove and plenty of pots/pans/dishes/silverware, etc. There are lots of spices and Rubbermaid containers to store food. In addition, they leave other stuff such as ketchup/mustard, etc. Three things to be aware of: 1. Master bedroom with bath. Second bedroom with bath has full/twin bunk and bath. Third bedroom - you have to go through the second bedroom to get to the third so if you have kids in the bunk room you have to be careful going through. Third bathroom is on the main floor so it is not connected with a bedroom. 2. Thermostat is in the main living room/dining room area. If you turn the heat in there above about 64 degrees, then the two connecting bedrooms are very to at night and the master bedroom is cold. I don't think can be fixed because it is due to the way the condo is designed. 3. Garage is good but it is small. Chrysler minivan went in only if both mirrors are turned in. The trash cans are in the garage and with the from of the minivan touching the trash can, there was only about 2" clearance for the garage door. A large SUV will not fit.

First time skiers.

Great location and a wonderful place to stay. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our time there. Even the neighbors were extremely friendly. Would love to go back soon.

Very Nice!

Very nice property. A little odd that you have to walk through one bedroom to get to another. We were unable to find how it’s possible to ski to the Silver Star chairlift. It was a short quarter-mile walk to the First Time lift. The property managers were very responsive. Overall it was a very nice stay.

A real vacation

The property was as described but that wasn’t enough to really tell us what it would feel like to stay there. One bedroom has bird feeders outside which was beautiful to see fluffy birds feeding in the snow. The property gave everyone privacy yet a kitchen/living room area to all be together with the deck adding to the feeling of spaciousness. Any concerns we had were responded to and dealt with very quickly. Can’t wait to return,

Awesome place

The entire rental , booking confirmation and receipt of checking in process was flawless. The place was exactly as described. Featured upgraded appliances and family friendly decor as well as an awesome location. Stream shower in master was great after a long day on the slopes. Only addition I could recommend is adding a hot tube on the large balcony:) overall just a great experience.

Well-appointed, clean, and comfortable. Great location. Everyone loved the showers. And the management company was very helpful. The only things I would point out: 1. The laundry is a flight below, not in the unit. It wasn’t a big deal, just a little inconvenient. There is only one other unit in the building that shares it. 2. The “free ski rental” only applies to one person.

The rental price, location, and accommodations were 5 out of 5. The condo was very comfortable, clean and well stocked. The walk to the nearest slope was approximately 200 feet down the road.
