Could have been great but disappointed

The location is fantastic, the unit is clean and nicely updated with nice furniture, etc (just like the pictures). However, there is a mechanical room for the building fire sprinkler system adjacent to living room and it has a compressor that is very loud in the unit when it runs making it difficult to use the pull-out couch as a bed. This should be noted on the listing. Property Management was very slow or did not respond to inquiries or reported issues.
