This cozy 2BR/2BA Three Kings condo borders forested open space with mountain views and offers unbeatable access to skiing, biking, hiking, and golf - a 5 minute walk from your door the base of Park City Mountain Resort. And yes— you can ski back to the unit via Residential Access off the Ligety Split run! Convenient bus stops along Three Kings Drive provide free and easy transportation to all the best spots in Old Town.

Inside, relax by the fireplace, cook in a well-stocked kitchen, and enjoy the comfort of a king bed in the master, a twin-over-queen bunk in the second bedroom, and a single futon in the bonus loft. The unit also features two full baths, in-unit washer/dryer, and underground parking with a designated space.

After your adventures, unwind across the street at the clubhouse with a heated pool, spacious hot tub, fooseball, and ping pong.

Walkable to the lift and/or shuttle, if you’re into that.

Great stay that was close to the action but not in the middle of it. Nice to have a dedicated and covered parking spot. Community hot tub and pool were roomy. Only downside, time went too fast.

Perfect Park City ski condo

I went for a long weekend, for a ski trip with a couple friends (3 adults in total) to Park City. The place was perfect for our group of 3 - one bedroom had bunk beds, and the other a king. It was about a 10-minute walk (in full ski gear) to the lifts. It was clean, easy to find, and the host was very responsive to questions. Will definitely stay here again next time we're in Park City.

Great Spot

One of the better stocked properties we’ve stayed at. Easy to walk down and catch a bus to Main Street. Nice pool just across the street that wasn’t crowded. No issues with the Wi-Fi , which is nice for the kids. Next time we stay in PC we will see if this property is available. Thanks.

We had an excellent time in this beautiful condo. The quiet relaxing area was just what we wanted! Sitting at the table enjoying breakfast a mother moose and her calf walked up, so beautiful. Thank you.

Condo was great. Would come back. Well stocked kitchen and I love the induction stove!. Plenty of towels and bathroom supplies. Love the backyard and quiet neighborhood.

Quick Trip

Last minute ski trip for three. Condo is great for family of three or four. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. About 10 min walk to the slopes. 5 mins in an Uber to town or 20 min walk. If you are looking for luxe, this isn’t your place. But if you want a nice place to stay at a good price and good location, this place is perfect.

This is the place to stay to ride/ski Park City!!!

Mountain is a 5 minute walk at most. Easy free bus ride to all the shops, bars and restaurants on Main St. Amazing common area (2 minute walk) for hot tub/pool. Lastly, MJ is everything you look for as an owner of a VRBO property... friendly, flexible and super responsive. Can't miss place to stay for a great time in Utah!!!

Excellent location for skiing, easy walk to main lift, although Silver Star a bit shorter, & no lines. Great clubhouse across the street, pool, hot tub, etc.

Great Place

Stayed for several days with my two adult boys. The condo had everything we needed and nearby clubhouse with hot pool, spa and sauna was a great way to ease those legs after a big day on the slopes. It was a short walk to the base lift or to catch a bus to old town PC. The unit was very quiet and private as it looked out onto a wooded area and the slopes beyond. Parking was easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

This place was awesome, very close walking distance to the main lift area. Pool/spa areas were nice after the day on the mountain. Place was very clean and had all the appropriate amenities. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay for a soccer tournament

This was a great condo for our family spending a few days in Park City for a soccer tournament. It was peaceful, comfy, and convenient. The beds were great, kitchen well stocked, TVs big, and we enjoyed playing in the pool with the kids. The owner was friendly. No complaints at all!
