The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. An absolute delight to deal with. The immediate environs are nothing special but you’re less than five minutes from the RER, and on the far side of the station there are some very good bakeries, markets and restaurants in the older area of Nanterre. If you need somewhere to stay outside the arrondissements, it’s ideal.

Hotel is ok. Have stayed in a lot better than this one. Lots of work happening at hotel when I arrived, so the reception was full of workmen and tools, and also the bar/restaurant. The restaurant food choice is very limited, and the area surrounding the hotel didn't feel like the kind of place that you would want to explore on foot. I had a few issues with my room, toilet over flowing, noise outside (drunks shouting all day/evening) and the hotel were accommodating to try and resolve these things.

I came to Paris for work. That work is a celemony of an art exbition. My art work is shown in the gallery during one week. I joined the celemony. But I felt so exsausted at night. and this hotel is very comfotable and quiet .I feel happy.So I want to stay one more night.Thank you very much.

Déçu

Lors de la réservation, il aurait été normal de prévenir le futur occupant que l'hôtel était en plein travaux. Après une journée quelque peu contraignante, impossible d'avoir un peu de repos dans la chambre l'après-midi à cause des bruits de perceuses. De plus pas énormément de chaînes sur la télé (la 2 et la 3 absente, pas de chaîne cryptée ...) donc pas suivi l'étape du Tour de France pendant la pause. Pas de clim ce qui fait qu'il a fallu ouvrir la fenètre la nuit mais bonjour le bruit dans la rue. Par contre l'équipe d'accueil à la réception super bien. Donc en global, j'ai été déçu de cet hôtel. Dommage !!

On entend trop les bruits de la rue

Déçu pour un hôtel 4 étoile car on entend trop les bruits de la rue. Les plus : La chambre est bien La literie est bonne Le moins : Par contre changez les fenêtres SVP, car mettre un double vitrage avec une ouvrant qui ne plaque pas correctement, ben ça ne sert rien. Donc on entend tout les bruits du boulevard et j'ai été obligé de dormir avec des bouchons d'oreilles. J'ai mieux dormis dans des hôtels de catégorie inférieure situés à côté du périphérique mais avec des bonnes fenêtres.

Hotel verdient keine 4 Sterne

Dieses Hotel hat bei weitem keine 4 Sterne verdient. Wir haben dieses Hotel das ausserhalb Paris ist genommen, da alles vorhanden hätte sein sollen. Ein schönes Restaurant damit wir abends nach einem langen Tag gemütlich essen können grosse saubere Zimmer usw... Leider war bei unserer Ankunft das Restaurant zu bis zum 06. Januar. Die Zimmer sind zwar gross aber Sauberkeit ist anders. Im Zimmer ist eine Nespresso Maschine vorhanden jedoch werden weder Kapseln noch Zucker aufgefüllt. Alles ist sehr minimalistisch. Das Personal konnte uns weder beraten noch empfehlen wie wir nach Paris gelangen das alle öffentliche Verkehrsmittel streiken. Wir waren ziemlich auf uns gestellt. Ich würde nicht mehr hier her kommen es hält nicht was es anbietet... Schade

Cafetière dans le placard, pas de dosette de café ni de thé pour votre accueil ou pour le lendemain matin réveil au matin, pas de bloc note et de stylo qui va de paire, une seule dosette de gel douche, pas de coton-tige..... Petites attentions qui manquent à un 4 étoiles. Sinon, hôtel correct.

Such a tight place with no extra services like everything you need you must provide in reception. The only pros was the parking which was located in hotel and it cost 15€ per day but one could possibly park the car outside but according to night personnel it was not safe to park the car outside during the night!
