Die Unterkunft wurde am Morgen unserer Anreise gecancelt. Angeblich war sie kurzfristig unbewohnbar.

The neighborhood does not feel safe for a woman traveling solo. When the murphy bed is pulled down, it blocks the space and walkway from the entrance to the entire rest of the apartment. There is maybe 1 foot of space. AC didn’t work even though it was advertised as an amenity. The apt was very hot and stuffy. When I contacted the host, claimed there is an environmental policy that states that if it is over 20 degrees in the city the air conditioning does not work. I researched this and it is not true. My friends were in an apartment in the same building and their AC unit was working well. The tv was not working for live tv or any streaming apps. There were red hairs in the bathroom (my hair is brown) and the bathroom was dirty. The packaging of the handsoap was dirty and moldy. Inside of the hot water kettle is rusted. The “kitchen” sink faucet was wobbling around a lot. Ended up being not a functional kitchen or place to stay.

I stay in Paris every year for 3-3 months. The neighborhood for this stay is one I am familiar with and it is great. i was a little surprised by: The owner did not show. This was the first time an owner never showed I cook and there was a bare minimum of utensils and one full knife. I bought knives I was not aware the bed came out of the wall. What makes this place is the great neighborhood

Merci beaucoup! C'etait parfait. Este lugar fue exactemente lo que queria. The owner was super nice, place cute, adn neighborhood a 'real' Parisian place to live with bakeries, bars, stores, etc. and fun to walk up to Montmartre to people watch.

Propriétaire très sympathique et accueillant qui se soucie du bien être de ses hôtes. Très flexible sur la procédure d'arrivée (horaire tardif). Les plus: studio charmant et bien équipé, de nombreux produits d'accueil, Internet wifi, communication facile avec le propriétaire. Les moins: literie à changer, couette et oreillers aussi, le quartier peu sécurisant (métro Château Rouge/Barbès), l'isolation phonique insuffisante de l'appartement.
