こじんまりとしたホテルではあるが、立地条件は抜群で治安に不安はない。　夜遅くホテルに戻ってもレセプションに人がいるのですぐに扉を開けてくれる。あたりまえのことではあるのだろうが、とても安心できる。 部屋はこじんまりとしたものから、ゆったりとした部屋まで選べる。　すごく小さい部屋は眺めがとてもよい。だから部屋選びは悩むと思う。

アクセスの良いホテル
エールフランスバス停留所の通りを下ってゆけばいいので、疲れているときにとても便利。 部屋は本当にエコノミーサイズなので、小柄な女性が向いているかも。

足回りの良いホテル
部屋は確かに狭いですが、とにかく足回りがよいだけでなく、治安もいいように思います。 初めてのパリの人にお奨めです。　ただ、過剰に素敵なお部屋を望む人は選ばないほうがいいです。 レセプションはとても親切で、居心地がいいです。　セキュリティもしっかりしています。

素敵なホテル
とても綺麗で清潔感のあるホテルでした。スタッフも優しく素敵な滞在となりました。 部屋の窓からは凱旋門が見え、また地下鉄の駅、空港へのシャトルバスの停留所からもとても近く便利なロケーションです。比較的治安も良く1人で歩いていても大丈夫でした。

足回りの良い静かな住宅街のホテル
ホテルはこんじまりとしているがセキュリティはしっかりしているので安心して滞在できる。 空調も完備されているので、暑い日であっても涼しくすごせる。　 シャワーの温度調整もできて、水圧もあり快適に過ごせた。　部屋がちょっと狭いけれども、そうであっても 眠るだけであれば全然問題はなかった。

Not worth it for the price you’re paying to book this hotel. You have to leave the room key to the reception every time you leave the hotel and pick it up when coming back is very inconvenient. This is the first time we’ve encountered such practice in a hotel facility. Also, we found the lady receptionist quite rude. We had a situation wherein my other friends’ airbnb had sewage issues and owner had to cancel their booking. We booked a room for 3 initially thinking there would only be 3 of us travelling, but when we got tickets to the concert for our 4th friend we decided to split the group to two. Since this hotel reservation is non refundable. We only heard from the airbnb owner late at night that the issue cannot be resolved, so all 4 of us just decided to stay in this hotel room together for the night. Instead of having them wander the streets of Paris practically homeless. We understand that we broke protocols for exceeding the extra number of people we booked in the room. But we were honest with the receptionist the next day and even asked if they have extra rooms available in this hotel. Which they do not until the next day. And when she found out we had an extra person in the room, she was extremely rude. To the point of treating the other friend with me like a criminal banning her from even going back up to the room. We paid the penalty which is totally fine, but the experience is not something I want for other people, especially if you’re on vacation.

The receptionist, Nouia, was super friendly. Made us feel right at home and gave us lots of useful advice about Paris. It was our first time in the city. We had a delightful stay at the hotel.

Location was convenient and walking distance to restaurants, trains, shopping, cafes, landmarks, etc. The staff were very pleasant and friendly; however, the room we booked with a balcony on the 4th floor was verrryyyy small and uncomfortable for my husband and I to open our luggage’s in getting ready for our days in Paris. We complained about the ants in the entire bedroom/bathroom and excessive hair (long and short) on the bed sheets. Looked like housekeeping did a rushed job. The hotel did absolutely nothing to accommodate us.

We loved having dinner right there at the hotel (drinks also). The breakfast was very good , nice selection.The only negative comment would be the eggs were ice cold. I was so looking forward to some eggs but could not eat them. Everything else was very good. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome location! Very close to metro made it easy to get anywhere in the city. Several good restaurants close by as well. bathroom lighting was very dim, so girls - bring a portable lighted mirror.

Was in the a great area! Super walkable to the arc de Triomphe and the subway station was right down the street. View was amazing!!! Loved it, bathrooms were clean and we enjoyed our stay. Only thing was the ac wasn’t working but we opened the windows and it was enough to keep us cold, also it was weird to give our keys back to the front desk every time we left but it wasn’t that big of a deal. Loved our stay!

Very nice little hotel, very close to arc du triumph and metro (less than 2 minutes walking). The staff was very nice, the room was clean and nice, a little smaller in size, but thats normal for Paris. Modern and clean bathroom and a very nice view of buildings across the street and if you went out to the balcony, the arc de triumph!! I recommend it cause its not so expensive but you get a nice place, nice staff and excellent location!

It's in a perfect location, and the staff is helpful and kind. When I left, I left a sweater in the room; they called me to let me know. The hotel is all, and the elevator is tiny. I booked two rooms, and the one for two guests was tiny especially the shower area. It is not for a tall person like my niece.

First and foremost the receptionist was very rude, it was my first time ever in Paris and for my first interaction it was not great at all. 2nd; we had to turn in our room key every time we decided to leave the hotel. I did not feel safe knowing I had to inform them every time I decided to leave. For what reason should they be aware of what I am doing ? 3rd the bed sheets and pillow cases were dirty. Had left over hairs on them and felt like they haven’t been washed in a while. Photos online are ABSOLUTELY deceiving and I would not recommend this place to worst enemy. It was so bad I left the hotel immediately and never wish to return.

The rooms are a bit small but when you have a room with balcony -- fantastic! Super clean -- I loved it & didn't want to go home! Will definitely recommend to friends, family, everyone!

The hotel was cozy and the room compact but nice. The staff were so friendly and helpful, including 24-hour front desk! The complimentary breakfast was excellent. And you can't beat the location 1 block from the Arc de Triomphe

Great hotel in excellent location! Room is small but clean, every day room service. We really enjoyed our stay, cant say anything but breakfast, but plenty supermarkets and cafes near by. Will definitely recommend Stella!

I know I would come back again. Staff specifically the Desk are nice, helpful, friendly, and available. There’s the Metro a few steps away. Great eating places like cafés, bistros, restaurants around the area. Just a stone away from iconic tourist spots-Eiffel, Trocadero, Kleber, etc..

I hate to leave poor reviews when there are several employees you deal with when staying at a hotel for multiple days, but keep track of your belongings! I initially planned to stay only one night, but I got sick and ended up having to stay one more night. When I moved to the second room (after extending my stay), I forgot a motorcycle jacket I had with me as I felt feverish and just wanted to lay down. Since I had been wearing a vest paired w/long-sleeved shirts after arriving in the first room and showering, I didn’t realize I left the jacket in the first room. Side note: I know what clothes I wore when I checked in on Saturday; a SLEEVELESS jumper, vest, and my motorcycle jacket. I went out and left my motorcycle jacket in the room since it wasn’t terribly cold and the jacket didn’t have pockets big enough for everything I wanted to carry. Once I arrived to my next destination, I realized my jacket was in the first room at the Stella hotel. I called twice, and the second time the gentleman that answered took my number. Then, I emailed and was told “If we had found your jacket, we would have put it aside to return to you”. Obviously, they did not as I know what room I left it in and even though I stayed an extra night, no one turned anything in. Very disappointing experience, but the hotel is in a very walkable area. Two of the employees I saw throughout the day also seemed to be very courteous; I hope they weren’t the ones I dealt with once I left!

Dear guest, as previously indicated, you unfortunately did not leave a jacket inside your room after departure. You forgot it somewhere else, but not at the hotel.Like we indeed told you on the phone, if we had found it, we would have kept it for you, like we do each and everyday for the numerous things left behind.I am sorry to read that you lost a jacket you cared about. It is not our fault.
