Staffs are really kind and helpful for my stay. I asked some of my luggege to be kept in their fridge, and also to be handed over to my friend even after the checkout. The room was a bit small but very comfortable. Breakfast is a kind of simple one, but good enough to kick off the days.

Only stayed for 1 night — wonderful front desk staff but after staying at the Best Western Montcalm previously for half the price, it was difficult to rate higher since we had a better view, more room space and nicer bathroom at the Best Western. The building is old and stairs to the elevator aren’t ideal but it definitely has the charm of paris.

The property location is okay. 2 rides using the metro to Louvre. Staff are very helpful, the bed is presented nicely and clean sheets and towels. The room and the bathroom is quite small, no room to be moving around. AC is working well. My only issue about this hotel is the elevator. The elevator is located on the 1st floor but, you have to go through about between 8-9 steps(if I’m not mistaken with numbers), the elevator stop on the 5th floor, we then need to go up more steps to reach to the sixth floor, where our room is located. It was an attic with 1 window on the ceilings. We have 2 heavy luggage to take so, you can imagine how we struggled. The picture in their advertisement is quite wrong; they are advertising false advertisement! Only show the good side of the hotel! I expected a better room with a window that I can enjoy the view. I did request for balcony with the view but I did not get it, which okay I supposed but the steps I don’t know? one day one of their guest will have a fall and they will be in a big trouble; it’s a big OHHS issue!

Most of all, the staff were so friendly, kind, and helpful! They really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The breakfast was also delicious. The hotel itself was quaint; not a modern place, room was a little bit small but we were happy nonetheless:) very clean. A little less than a mile walk to the Eiffel Tower, lots of restaurants/cafes in walking distance. Thank you for a great stay!

The hotel location is nice. Breakfast is ok but it’s the same everyday. The hard part is the elevator. If you have big and heavy luggages make sure you are ready to carry them. The elevator is situated in the middle of the staircase. The staircase is spiral and narrow. And the elevator only stop on even numbers. I don’t recommend if you have lots and heavy luggages. Overall it is ok. But may want to check other hotels.

Great property! We had an awesome view of the Eiffel Tower from our room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They also called a driver for us to get to the airport. Wonderful French breakfast for free. Would stay again!

This was such a amazing experience, the breakfast was my favorite part, there staff are very attentive, even when it came down to the last day we didn't go downstairs to eat and they called us reminding us that the breakfast was finishing. The rooms are super cute but small for my taste. They do go and clean everyday change towels and take out the garbage you have inside. Overall I give them a 7 out of 10.

Hotel muy lindo ubicado en una zona muy agradable y a 15 minutos caminando de la Torre Eiffel. Las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias. Desayuno aceptable, pero con pocas opciones. La atención de personal excelente. Espero volver muy pronto.

Good hotel for the money
Hotel was great, and in a great location. Very close to a metro stop. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good as well. The only issue I had was that the water pressure in the shower was very weak and kept changing temperatures.

This hotel is a great location and the breakfast was excellent however the.rooms are small and when staff come on to clean they only made the beds. They didn’t replace used coffee cups, clean the sink etc. when we arrived there was garage in the closet from the previous guest. No face clothes no tissues. When asked for shampoo I was told to use the body wash.

Such a great location, minutes to the Eiffel tower, the Seine, great sidewalk cafe's, and a Metro station just a few minutes away. Front desk people were super friendly, and the neighborhood seemed really safe and quiet.

Hermoso hotel situado cerca de la Torre, fácil acceso y transportación. Zona tranquila. El hotel es pequeño pero cuenta con amenizases necesarias. Lo volvería a elegir.

We only stayed 4 nights, but the location was great, and the staff were very helpful. Good continental breakfast! If you don't want someplace fancy, I highly recommend the Splendid hotel!

We were greeted by the very friendly Nicole. She was cheery and helpful and kind. :) She gave us great advice about how to navigate thru Paris. Thank you for being so welcoming. The view from the Eiffel Tower room was stunning! The rooms are small but the beds are very comfortable. The shower is very very small.

Well located hotel, near two metro stops and the Eiffel Tower. Didn’t feel too touristy locally and there are some nice restaurants and bars nearby. Lady on reception during my stay was very kind (and patient with my French). The corridors and common areas are a little tired but my room was clean and modern and a good size for Parisian hotels. Quite expensive for a 3 star hotel but I did stay during Fashion week and the rugby World Cup.

The rooms are incredibly small. The bathroom has a severe black mold problem. There are no electronic keys which is unsafe. Sewer smell wafted through the room occasionally. When we called for a cab a random driver showed up and over charged.
