A great new location with ample shops, a grocery store and dining opportunities within a short walk. Also easy to get into downtown Paris on the local tram close to the hotel. The staff was also very accommodating. We certainly enjoyed our stay!

En general la habitacion era normal, sin embargo nos percatamos que faltaba shampoo. Primero, si arreglaron la habitacion, la ama de llavez no se percato que estaba vacio el dispensador, segundo, cuando fui a notificarlo por la mañana, el encargado en recepcion fue cortante y solo dijo que lo notificaria, tambien le pedi una toalla extra. A nuestro regreso, revise y no llevaron nada, regrese a recepcion y el joven que me atendio (una persona diferente) si nos atendio adecuadamente y nos llevo el shampoo y la toalla, tambien nos explico algo bien importante que no te dicen, por ser un residhome, hacen la limpieza solo si llevas 5 dias en la habitación. Como nota adicional debo decir que el hotel esta muy lejos del centro de París y se debe considerar esto ya que el transporte, por cualquier medio es caro.

We had our lights go out of our room, so they moved us to a different room. It was an upgrade which was nice but didn’t have any water pressure when using the hot water. We made due but it would have been nice to have. There were towel warmers in the bathrooms which was definitely one of the perks in my opinion. The cleanliness of the common areas was very nice, but the rooms could have used a bit more deep cleaning. The kitchen came with dishes and cookware which was very convenient. Staff were very nice and attentive. The view from our room was beautiful and I liked the close community feel. There was a grocery store, pharmacy and many restaurants around us. The hotel was very close to the buses so transportation was easy once we figured out how it worked. Overall was a great stay and would for sure stay here again.

Nous venons regulierement durant l'année depuis l'ouverture de l'hotel car nous venons chercher notre petit fils pour les vacances. Malheureusement la qualité baisse à chaque fous du fait d'un personnel d'accueil pas très professionnel. Cela fait 2 fois que nous devons reclamer du chauffage dans la chambre . Dommage car l'hôtel est plutôt agréable.

We stayed at this aparthotel for one week and we truly enjoyed it. It was spacious, in close proximity to the city center and also surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets. I’d recommend here to anyone. There is also paid onsite parking which was super convenient for us because we rented a car. Overall was a great stay a comfortable stay & I’m glad we picked this location to spend our week

The hotel is really good, just 2 inconvenients. 1. you have to clean your room and do your bed 2. If you take a partner's hotel taxi, it will cost very very expensive, we paid 95 euros for less than 40 minutes to the airport CDG.

Sehr schöne ansprechende Unterkunft. Das Personal war freundlich und die Zimmer neuwertig und schön. Das Hotel liegt an einem hübschen künstlich angelegten See, umgeben von ein paar Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Haltestellen der S-Bahn befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein paar Dinge haben uns aber auch nicht so gut gefallen. Es gibt kein deutsches Fernsehen, der Kosmetikspiegel im Badezimmer konnte nur sehr schlecht genutzt werden, da er schlecht installiert wurde und das Parken in der Garage (14,-€ die Nacht) ist eine einzige Katastrophe war. Das Ticketsystem ist nicht ausgereift und sollte dringend geändert werden. Wir mussten zig mal zwischen der Garage und der Rezeption hin und her rennen, bis sich die Schranke zum ein- und ausfahren öffnen lies, weil das Ticketsystem nicht funktionierte. Sehr nervig!

L'emplacement et les équipements de cet hôtel sont très agréables. En revanche, la mauvaise gestion de l'établissement empêche d'attribuer de meilleures notes : chambres attribuées déjà occupées, propreté des chambres réduite au minimum, kits de bienvenue incomplets (il n'y avait que du sucre et du lait corporel) et personnel peu attentif. La direction doit réagir si elle veut maintenir le standing.
