We were early to the hotel for check in. We were allowed to check-In before 1 hour. Thank you for the warm welcome. Rooms and Washrrom were so badly smelling with cigarette smoke. Also, there was no exhaust.Rooms were clean but smell was rellly bad. Standing shower has just one door so it was leaking out sode the shower area when you do the shower. Iron was missg We enjoyed our stay for 1 vday. Coffee shop and Pizza shops are in near area.

Very clean, modern rooms in a quiet neighborhood. Staff was friendly and the hotel felt safe. The rooms were equipped with a kitchenette and a grocery store nearby. All amenities you could want were within walking distance. Very close to a train station which made center city Paris very accessible. Would stay here again.

I would consider this bare bones accommodation. We stayed for 11 nights - were told we would have cleaning service after 7 days - never happened. Beds are very firm!! There is a large grocery store around the corner and some great restaurants nearby.

Perfect for our needs

Great location. Trip was to see a concert at de La Défense Arena. Close to Nanterre-Universite Metro and only 3 stops away. Only stayed 2 nights but it was clean and staff was friendly and also let us borrow their plug adapters we forgot ours. Close takeout places and to grocery store around the corner which we could’ve used if we wanted to cook any meals to save $. The mini kitchenette was well stocked for short term stays.

The staff were professional and friendly and were more than willing to work through language barriers. The facility itself isn't terrible but could use some improvements such as showers not being fully enclosed and water getting everywhere and creating rust on door frame. There is a grocery store around the corner from the hotel's front door which is more than convenient and the entrance to the train system is a couple of blocks away. All in all I would stay in their hotel again.

We only stayed one night so it is hard to give an accurate review. Part of the toilet was broken and someone walked into the room while we were in there. Those would be my only complaints. Other than that it had a lot of amenities that were nice and the beds were comfortable. Room was clean.

Family Stay to Explore Paris.

Hotel was in a good location to explore Paris - 5 minutes walk to the train line. We bought day tickets for zone 1-3 and felt we made good use of it due to the location being a little out of the main tourist area. Lots of good restaurants nearby to grab food. Parking was confusing - we had to ask 3 members of staff before we understood what was to happen: you pay at the hotel then they give you a card to exit so you don’t need your ticket that you have to take at the barrier on entry. We had to ask for extra towels. Room never have a kettle and was generally quite tired. Our room safe never locked and despite asking for assistance 2 times no-one came to sort it or let us know they couldn’t. Security at the hotel never felt totally safe. Door and lift were accessible to anyone.

Stayed here as attending a concert at La Defense Arena. It is a great location and the Lidl downstairs is really handy. Good for getting into central Paris as close to station. Rooms basic for the price, could do with some care. Receptionist very abrupt on arrival. Expensive for the standard of room.

GOOD POINTS 1. room is clean and comfy. 2. fast food places arpund rhe cor wr. Pharmacy as well. Small but convenient grocery store a put 10 monites walk from hotel. Bar / pubup the street. Burger king up the street as well. Barbwr shop and bakeries. Metro is a put 8 monutes walk away from hotel. NEGATIVE POINTS 1. You need to buy ALL toiletries if you didnt bring any with you as hotel provides you with 1 tiny bar of soap, 1 snall bottle of shampoo and 1 small boytle of body soap. 2. Hotel provides you with 2 towels, one bath matt and ONE hand towel PER WEEK. . if you ask front desk personel, they will provide you with more without any xtra.costs. However if you ask to change the sheets which is done also only once a week, you will need to pay extra. 3. There arw 2 laundry washing machines and 1 dryer. ALL DO NOT DO A GOOD JOB AT WASHING YOURE CLOTHES OR DRYI G THEM. The cost is 5 euros for one wash and 3 euros for a dry. Dont bother using them. They suck! 4. Breakfast is available at the hotel between certain hours. The cost is 14 euros for one person. Dont bother. The choices are.very small and if you want something good to eat , go to the restaueant across the street . 5. Communication at the front desk is not that great. I stayed at this hotel for 4 weeks. Even thow housekeeping is provided once a.week, you still need to ask several times for it to get it done.Any issues, ask to speak to the manager and things will move.along quickly .

Chambre confortable et propre, cuisine équipée, nécessaire à café et thé, salle de bains spacieuse mais un peu vieillissante (lavabo tâché). En revanche petit-déjeuner décevant : s'il se veut bio, rien n'est fait maison et surtout n'y allez pas après 9h il n'y a pratiquement plus rien ! Un bon hôtel dans l'ensemble pour passer une nuit proche de la Défense Arena
