信用するに足りない5つ星ホテル
3日間滞在しました。五つ星ホテルということで期待していたとおり、ホテル自体は綺麗でロケーションも最高、加えて従業員の方々もフレンドリーでした。ただ、問題がありすぎてもう二度と使わないホテルです。 ・チェックイン後部屋で少し休憩していたところ、突然ノックもなしに従業員の方が部屋に入ってきて、その後謝罪もありませんでした。その後もやたら部屋に入ってこようとするのであまり落ち着いて部屋で過ごせませんでした。 ・部屋自体はリノベーションされており綺麗でしたが、ミニテーブルの上が全く掃除されておらず、前の宿泊者の残した汚れがそのまま残っており、しかも3日間の滞在中にその汚れが拭き取られることはありませんでした。 ・さらに、なぜかシャンパングラスを取り替えてくれず、これも前の宿泊者が残したグラスが3日間ずっと残されていました。 ・部屋のミニバーの扉が壊れていました。 ・バスローブに謎のシミがありました。これも取り替えてもらえていません。 ・そしてきわめつけは、チェックアウト後数時間してから突然メールがあり、「ミニバーで飲んだものの代金を払ってください」というのです。しかも送られてきた領収書の部屋番号やチェックイン・アウトの日付が間違っていました。当然ミニバーのものなどなにも消費していないので抗議のメールをしたところ、謝るでもなく、もう解決したから気にするなという態度を取られました。 あまりお世話になった宿の批判はしたくないのですが、あまりにお粗末・不快だったため、こちらに口コミを投稿しました。値段の割に、最低です。そして最後に謎のTAX代として90ユーロほど取られました(パリでは普通なのかもしれませんが、事前に説明して欲しかった)。パリには他にも素晴らしいホテルが沢山あるのでそちらを利用されるのが良いと思います。

地下鉄の駅から近かったです。
私達が滞在した時期は6月上旬。あいにく記録的な豪雨の災害の直後だったのですが、ラッキーなことにほとんどいいお天気に恵まれました。 なので…、部屋で冷たい飲み物を飲んだりしたかったのですが、ミニバーの中は常温。 いくらミニバーだからってこれは無いよねと出かける時に、朝フロントに言っておくと、修理しておきますとのこと。 しかし夕方戻ってきても、ミニバーの状態は変わらず。 電話でフロントに直ってない事を伝えると、修理する者を向かわせます、と。 しかしいくら待っても誰もやってきませんでした。 結局翌日ミニバーの不便を訴えて、交換してくれたのですが、前の物と全然変わっていませんでした。 部屋のエアコンもきかず、スイッチを入れて最低温度の17℃で強風にしても何も変わりません。 窓を開けた方が涼しくて、よく窓を開けていました。 私達の部屋は中庭に面していて、向かい側は廊下が見えるのですが、厚い遮光カーテンしか無く、朝や昼間部屋の明かりを窓からとろうとすると部屋でくつろいだ格好ができない、という問題が生じました。 せめてレースのカーテンがあれば問題無かったんですけどね。 お掃除はきちんと掃除してキレイにしてくれていました。 ドアマンは立っていてもあまりドアを開けてくれず、たむろってしゃべっていたりして、かえっていない方がいいぐらいでした。 今回ばかりはアメリカスタイルのホテルがいいなーと思いました。 立地は良かったので、上記の問題と相殺、かな…？

この地区のアクセスの良さは抜群でが、朝食が・・・。
４泊しましたが、朝食はいつも全く変わりませんし、種類が少なすぎます。 洗面所とバスタブに対して、シャワー室は別にあり、トイレも独立していてついやすかった。 ヨーロッパのホテルに一般的ですが、全体に照明が暗く昼間は窓を開けないと不自由しました。 TVはフィリップス製だったので画面は見やすかったのですが、ホテルチャンネルでは中国語など他の言語のＴＶは見れるのですが、日本語のJSTVが映りませんでした。 ホテルスタッフは丁寧で親切でしたし、掃除もきちんと行われていました。 部屋の広さは、この地区のホテルとしては一般的（狭いのが当たり前）です。

五つ星ではありません
ミニバーの補充が無い、ルームサービスメニューが少ない、シャワー室の扉が半分しか空かない構造になっている、３人が宿泊しているにコップが2つしかない（毎日）、などが良くない点です。良い点は、ルーブル美術館に近いこと、地下鉄の駅に近いこと、アンジェリーナに近いこと、基本的に従業員がやる気満々で対応もそこそこ良いところです。 フランス政府の基準での五つ星ですので、それを鵜呑みにすると、ちょっとがっかりします。普通の感覚では、良くても四つ星、おそらく三つ星という感じです。

ホテルの場所は文句なし。バンドームにも歩いてすぐですし、ちょっと頑張ればラファイエットやプランタンまでも歩いて行けます。 ホテルもきれいでフロントの人も皆親切でした。 ただ、シャンプーとリンスがありませんでした。お願いしたら持ってきてくれましたが、 2度目にお願いした際は、持ってきてくれませんでした。忘れてたのか、予備がなかったのか。もちろん歯ブラシもありませんでした。 これは、ヨーロッパでは普通のことなのでしょうかねぇ。

We requested a King bed - actually was 2 twins pushed together. Bathroom and ceiling had water damage. Customer service was not what it should be for a caliber of hotel.

Leaky sink faucet, tub wouldn’t drain, shower head/faucet placed inconveniently so it was uncomfortable to shower, hair in tub from previous guest, tub was really high and I am pregnant so it was difficult to get in and out of. Window view had no view besides construction that started at like 4am everyday so it was extremely loud and unpleasant. Carpet in room and hallways was dirty. Bar wasn’t open on Sunday and Monday. Overall dirty and not good quality for the amount of money we paid.

Loved the property. The location is fantastic (central for attractions, shopping, dining), the hotel was great (modern, clean), and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful (from the front desk, concierge, door, and room attendants). This will be our go to hotel for paris.

Arrogant staff and really noisy
Full on party just outside the door in the bar and restaurant area all night was the main annoyance. But the staff was also overly arrogant for what was a mid range quality hotel. They couldn’t find our booking, and even asked “are you sure this is the hotel you’ve booked”, not in a helpful questioning way, but in a “are you sure you can afford to stay here” looking down the nose on us way. Doorman didn’t hold the door, too busy speaking with friends outside, kitchen staff rolled their eyes when we asked for cutlery for our food that they forgot to place etc. Generally bad management is my best guess. Would not recommend unfortunately!

Vraiment déçu par les méthodes de cet établissement se permettant de louer des chambres alors qu’il y a des travaux importants en face dans la rue sans nous prévenir alors que nous avions un bébé et les travaux ont démarré à 7h donc le surclassement en chambre suivi de « chantier du bâtiment  » non merci. Même si une bouteille de vin nous a été offerte la veille au soir ceci ne compense pas la gêne par les bruits incessants des camions, perceuses et autres du chantier des 7h du matin. Nous ne sommes pas du tout satisfait du service sachant le prix d’une chambre à 400€. Également le flexible de douche n’était pas serré dès 2 cotés c’est à dire du pommeau de douche et du robinet. Les chambres ont un design sympa mais très petite et la salle d eau sans plus.
