Paris family stay

The room was very spacious for a city hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel had Metro and train very close to access the city centre, airports and Disneyland

The hotel was very conveniently located 2 minutes away from a big metro and RER station. I could go to Disney and city center easily. The place was clean, nice and the room was big enough as well as the bathroom. They have snacks, water and coffee for free in the lobby 24/7 and the service was very amicable. I really recommend this place!

Exceptional Service and Thoughtful Staff

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience comfortable. We had an early departure and needed to leave before 7 AM, and to our surprise, they kindly opened the breakfast area half an hour earlier just for us—even though they didn’t have to. It was such a thoughtful gesture and truly appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. Highly recommended!

Hôtel très confortable et calme

Suite a un hôtel sans clim nous sommes venus nous réfugiés dans cette hotel. L'accueil c'est très bien passé, l'appartement était très spacieux, les salles communes et propre et avait de bon équipement pour nous occuper. La clim dans la chambre était un luxe suite a notre expérience de la nuit dernière dans un autre hôtel.

Wish I could give 5 stars, but without the air conditioning that was advertised, it is only 4 star. Be warned, air conditioning is in lobby, not in room. Even at 28 degrees celsius, they would not provide A/C to the room. Very very hot in room, no screen if you open windows for fresher air and lots of fireworks happening. (Yay Paris football championship!) Aside from that, FANTASTIC place, service and location. Would definitely stay here again if they did in fact provide A/C in rooms. Call ahead. Metro and bus very close and easy to navigate with app. Free snacks, water and coffee provided in lobby. Coffee was really good. Croc place across the street and Thai/Vietnamese restaurant just a couple blocks down the street, fantastic and very reasonably priced. Friendly staff.
