The place was under construction which was very inconvenient since there were no signs indicating that the paint on the walls was wet. Additionally the interior of the building looked like it was falling apart. The "kitchen" area was in very bad condition and on top of that only 2 tiny bottles of soap were provided. That's not even the worst part though, the apartment is INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES. I noticed this on my last day there when I had to wake up early in the morning to catch my flight, I turned the lights on and saw cockroaches running across the floor trying to hide under the floorboards to get away from the light. I sent a message to the property owner as I was heading out to tell them that their roach infestation is disgusting and they basically told me they don't care and that they would just delete the negative review. I don't want any compensation, Im honestly just glad to be out of there and I am putting this as a warning to any future potential visitors. Until they post proof that they had an exterminator come to the property and certify it is infestation free, DO NOT STAY HERE

The property is fine. Common areas of the building were under renovation, leading to some noise and mess. A nightclub under the unit stayed noisy until very late. Great, lively location made that okay, though. The one major complaint was a number of roaches, including babies, in the unit.

El cuarto es pequeño, en la foto se ve mas grande, sin embargo el lugar es limpio, otro detalle es que te piden un deposito en garantia de 100 euros con tarjeta de credito, que nunca me dijeron cuando reserve por expedia

Petit studio joliment rénové dans un vieil immeuble, ce dernier, quant à lui, est bien dans son jus. Proche du quartier de l'Opéra, des Grands Boulevards, de l'Olympia et du Musée Grévin. Nombreux restaurants aux alentours. Question confort: literie impeccable, internet OK, propreté OK. Savon, gel douche et serviettes main et douche disponible Bonne intention du propriétaire pendant la période de canicule avec la mise en place d'un ventilateur qui était en marche au moment de notre arrivée. Peut-être une révision de la salle de bain / sanitaire serait la bienvenue (resserrer les boulons et la visserie de la douche et de la lunette du WC en autres)

Great location
This is a good little apartment if you need to be in the center of town as I did. It is very very clean and the bathroom is newly renovated. Things to note: There were no supplies like paper towels or salt which is a small thing but would have been nice. Also, there is a bar downstairs that is very very noisy on Saturday night. If you are up all night, or out partying yourself, it should not be a problem. I was working and could have used a few more hours sleep before heading to work on Sunday.
