ホテルの立地が良く、どこに行くにも便利でした。 フロントスタッフの方も親切でした。 お部屋もお掃除が行き届いていて、清潔でした。 難点は8時を過ぎると朝食のレストランが混んでいて、着席できるまでに待ち時間が長い。空いている時が良いと思い、レストランオープンの時間に行ったら、まだ開いていませんでした。オープン7時のはずが10分遅れで開いたので、着席できるまでに結局待ちました。 紅茶などは、人気の種類が終わってしまっても補充してくれません。

あとから別予約で一泊追加したのですが、ホテル側で既に承知していて同じ部屋でアレンジしてもらえました。チェックインが早くて感激。 コロナ禍の中の朝食は、宿泊者が直接手を触れずに選べるように工夫されてました。 場所よし、部屋も綺麗。

I found this hotel last minute to our family trip to Paris/London and we weren't disappointed. The location was perfect, close to the train station and pretty much a walk to major attractions and restaurants. It's a good hotel for the price, the room was good and clean, the staff was friendly and very helpful. We liked their breakfast with lots of options from cheeses to fruits and breads, yum. Only giving 4 stars b/c the area around the hotel is a bit dirt and very noisy. Also, one morning during breakfast we were giving a horrible table by the back door of the restaurant in a corner very noise and dirty with tons of box and old chairs pilled on top of each other(ugly).

The front desk “Lada “ checked us in and was professional . Kabiera was very welcoming and made sure we got all the answers for our questions . Our flight changed and when I asked to be in the same room . She was helpful . Anna the concierge was very informative . Elena checked us out and gave us a fond farewell . We stayed here for our first trip to Paris and we have no complaints! The staff was friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early which was greatly appreciated! We had three people in one room and we had just the right amount of space. The room was nicely furnished and cleaned while we were out. The hotel was also in a great location to access public transportation or walk to a lot of the major attractions most tourists want to see on their first trip to Paris. The hotel also had a luggage room that was accessible 24/7 and we were allowed to leave our bags there after we checked out. Check out was at 12:00, but we were staying in Paris for a few more hours. Being allowed to store our luggage gave us the freedom to view a few more things before we caught our train out of the city! I would recommend this hotel to any first time visitor or anyone who wants to be in a convenient location.

My recent stay at Novotel Paris Les Halles was incredibly frustrating and deeply disappointing. The heater in our room was non-functional for the first two nights, leaving us in the cold and ultimately causing my daughter to fall ill. Despite multiple reports to the staff, it took them three days to address the issue, wasting hours of our vacation time waiting for maintenance that repeatedly never showed up. Furthermore, our privacy was blatantly violated. Despite explicit instructions to the front desk and a "Do Not Disturb" sign on our door, hotel staff entered our room without our permission. To make matters worse, upon checkout, I was assured that no charges would be applied to my credit card until the issues had been resolved and compensation had been discussed. Contrary to this assurance, my card was charged without any prior discussion or resolution. The response from the hotel and the lack of accountability have been appalling. This was not just an uncomfortable stay; it was a complete disregard for guest satisfaction and basic hotel standards. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone based on our experience.

Great location, the interior also very nice, restaurant / lobby good, kids play table was really fun for my kid. Loved how lively the neighborhood was and very walkable to many good eating spots, Pompidu museum, Louvre etc. Also right next to a major train stop so commute was easy. Highly recommend this place for families. Staff was really nice and helpful too.
