立地条件はとてもよく駅も徒歩圏内、買い物もぼぼホテル直結と言えるくらい近くて便利。フランスが初めての訪問なのでホテル事情がわからなかったがシャワールームは稼働するガラスが半分なので洗面所まで水浸しになったので、フロントに伝えタオルを余分にお願いしたが、了承されたのに結局もってきてもらえなかったり、伝達がうまくできていない感じだった。

良かった点は、バスタブのある部屋で良かったということで、残念な点は、エレベーターの最上階より1つ上のフロアーの部屋であったこと。

The staff were all really friendly, Salonge in the restaurant always took time to speak to our 10 year old and help her with her french. It is a nice area close to shopping and a comfortable walk to many of the sites of Paris. Unfortunately the pool was closed during our stay as well the elevators were not working most of the time leading to long lines coming and going from your rooms.

The availability of the elevators was in busy times very bad. Sometimes you need to wait 20 minutes.

I dislike the elevator, it is a mess. All other services are appropriate. I enjoy the view from my room, wonderful, the Sena in front of us. Near the Eiffel tower.

Das Hotel ist 10 Minuten von der Metro und 15 Minuten vom Eiffelturm entfernt. Auf dem Weg kann man kleine Restaurants und Souvenir Läden entdecken. Das Frühstück im Hotel ist mittelmäßig gut (wenig Auswahl und geschmacklich solala). Wir hatten einen schönen Ausblick auf die Seine und auf den Sonnenuntergang.

Freundlicher Check-In und als wir im Zimmer bemerkten dass das Schlafsofa nicht vorbereitet war, wurde dies zeitnah erledigt. Perfekte wenn Personal direkt angesprochen werden kann und die Wünsche kompetent gelöst werden.
