Almost perfect
The property itself is cute and though small it was adequate for a short stay. We stayed there four nights. I would have loved to rate it 5 stars; however, 3 of the 4 nights we did not have hot water. The host was very responsive and tried to fix the problem quickly, but with it being the weekend, the hot water wasn’t fixed until Tuesday. We left on Wednesday. We ended up renting a hotel on Monday night just to be able to take a hot shower. Again, the host was very helpful and responsive in trying to fix the problem it just took a few days for the problem to be fixed. There is a portable air conditioner that did the job and we felt comfortable sleeping at night, but it could get a little warm during the day. Overall, even though we didn’t have hot water most of our stay, we would stay here again. It was clean and walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and the metro. The hosts were fantastic and we would recommend this place to our friends and family.

Very cozy
So the location is super super good, for a family of 4 (big kids) is a little to small but we manage to have a terrific stay. The communication with our host was great and even thought we had some furniture problem we were able to enjoy to 100%... we are easy to pleased travelers

Such a great location!
This was the perfect spot in Paris! Close to the metro, easy walk to so many restaurants and sites. The space is small, but you cannot get a better experience!

Great place in a great location
My family's first trip to Paris, this was a great home base. Great location, very well kept and close to a Metro stop. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely book again.

Lovely visit!
The location was great! Walking distance to so many of my favorite places on the Ile de la Cité and the Latin Quarter. The apartment was small but very clean.

Hideaway in the heart of St. Germain
The property was exactly as advertised. It's in a quiet courtyard, but you're a few steps away from dozens of restaurants and shops. It was perfect for two people. However, with two large suitcases, it was a little crowded, although we were really in the apartment to sleep. We had a minor issue with the wi-fi that was quickly resolved with the help of the property management team. They were awesome. I recommend this property and would stay here again.

Great location and very responsive host!
This apartment is conveniently located I. The sixth arrondissement. So many dining options and very close to the metro. The unit was tidy and actually very quiet. It did get warm in the apt, even in the winter, but it was manageable by opening the window. We had an issue with the Wi-Fi the first few days, but Mikhail and Dylan were very responsive. It was fixed by the second day, so would have appreciated a quicker, more reliable Wi-Fi connection during our stay since we relied on it for messaging family and friends. All around great experience!

This is a nice cozy little unit. Despite it being fairly busy in the neighbourhood (especially on weekends),we felt safe in the community and it was surprisingly quiet despite the activity level nearby. It's a good spot to be close to sights and easy to jump on the subway and navigate around the area (to/from train stations, etc.) The host was very responsive and helped to provide supplemental information where needed. I would recommend this space for two travelling together (any more would like be too tight.) We really enjoyed our stay!

Great apartment!
This little place was perfect for two people (friends), beds are comfortable and shower is fabulous! Our host was amazing, he communicated with me from pre-booking right through to checkout. Extremely accommodating, responsive and as pleasant as you could ever want. The apartment is in a great location, restaurants are right outside your door, and the metro, train and water taxi stops are within one or two blocks. It's right "in the middle" so to speak, to easy to access all of paris. We were very happy with our choice and would recommend it to anyone looking for a cute, comfortable place. I'd definitely stay there again!

Maikel's Latin Quarter Flat
You won't find a more attentive VRBO owner than Maikel. She communicated with us throughout our 3-day stay in Paris and truly wanted to ensure we had a great time! Her flat is located in the heart of the Paris Latin Quarter. You are literally steps from hundreds of restaurants and shops and a short walk to most of the attractions tourists visit. The Metro stop is a two-minute walk from the flat. The flat is an efficiency on 3 levels which worked well for us, but could be an issue for someone with mobility limitations. For example, you have to climb into the loft where the king bed is located and duck your head since the ceiling is low. Future renters should know that while the flat has two fans, it does not have air conditioning. Mornings in the apartment were cool, but evenings were warm since it was a hotter than normal early October. We would definitely stay there again and would appreciate it if Maikel would add some coffee pods in the apartment so we could get a cup before heading out to eat the best almond croissants at a nearby bakery. Great spot for a couple of days
If you only have a couple of days in Paris, this little spot puts you right smack dab in the middle of a great neighborhood, near the Seine river and tons of restaurants. Communication with the manager was superb and he was attentive to our every need. Two things I would recommend: number one, on VRBO it’s listed as a two bedroom but it’s a sleeping loft on one level and a pull out bed on the other, So it worked well for my daughter and me but there’s not really any privacy. Also, like so many places in Paris, it’s not air-conditioned and we happened to be there in a heat wave in September. The manager says he’s putting air conditioning in next March so if you are going in the hot months, I recommend confirming that that has been done. All in all though, the place has a lot to recommend it.

Great location for a small group.
Location, location, location. The place was secure, clean and the check in/out process was simple. The property was very warm and could use a few extra fans. Overall, a very nice experience.

Quaint Apartment
Everything was wonderful with the exception of factors due to the weather and architecture of the building. In cool weather, the apartment is ideal. But in hot weather, there is no way to adequately extract the heat and humidity because only 2 small windows and no cross ventilation exists. Our host was excellent in addressing all our questions and the apartment was super clean and neat. The location was great for both local attractions and proximity to the St. Michel RER C and metro. Thank you.

Cute and an amazing location!
My friends and I were overall pleased with our stay. It was clean, the location was amazing, and being young female travelers, we felt safe, as a code was needed to get into the courtyard with the apartments. As other reviews mentioned, it did get very stuffy, though that is to be expected of a French apartment in the summer time. I would also mention that it was a bit of a tight fit for my two friends and I, but if you have less people or are traveling lightly that should not be a problem. Overall, the place was a excellent.

Everything was perfect . Mikael was really responsive and helpful. The apartment is located in a great neighborhood and it’s easy to get to all the sites from there. It gets a little warm in the apartment but the fans keep it manageable. Fun experience for our family.

Nice stay in Latin Quarter
Cozy basement apartment in lively Latin Quarter. Apartment is accurate to its listing and clean. Close to Notre Dame, cafes, shops, and transportation. The pull-out couch isn’t super comfy and apartment can be toasty on hot days, but neither of those should be surprising. Overall a very nice stay.

Great location
Perfect location, near metro and restaurants, but also private and quiet. Bathroom was larger than expected, great area downstairs to relax, and comfy bed in loft. Once I realized there was a remote for the upstairs fan, our sleeping arrangement improved. It is still really warm in the room, but we left the windows open when there, and it helped a lot.

Too hot…
While the apartment was lovely and in a good location it was too hot. Temps were in the low 80’s with 60’s at night but despite being half underground the unit never cooled off. It was 80+ degrees inside and especially hot in the upstairs sleeping area. While fans were provided we couldn’t cool the apartment down even though we left the door open and two windows after dark each night for an hour before going to bed. I grew up without A/C and understand much of Europe does without, they do so because they have exterior windows and vents that help cool at night. This place needs a small A/C unit or I would not advise staying here in summer.

Great location, management responsiveness, clean
Maikel kept in communication, responded quickly to inquiries and (our admittedly simple) requests. Place is very central. Clean. Ground floor front door was very convenient for luggage. Other reviews were accurate, only two small side windows and a bit stuffy. But with the fan there we moved it to the windows and while we were in the apartment we tilted them open (at the top) and had the fan on to bring air into the apartment. When we left the apartment we locked the windows (and door). Place is small, needed to have a small-space mentality and moved in (unpacked luggage to use the closets and put the luggages out of the way). But it worked great!
