Paris　La Defence　ARENAまで至近距離です
このエリアに５年ほど住んでいましたが、帰国のためフライトまでの数日間をこちらのホテルで過ごしました。Paris　La Defence　ARENA（U-ARENA)までは至近距離で、このあたり相場では、広さのわりにはリーズナブルなお値段です。RER　A線のNanterre　Prefecture駅から徒歩１分のため、交通の便も良いです。しかしながら、ホテルの下を電車が走っているため、騒音と振動がありますので気になる方にはおすすめできません。

先ずリッチがオペラ座まで1分と大変便利の良い場所にある。次に部屋は清潔で機能的、又ミネラルウオーターまでついており非常に良い。

駅に近くて便利です。
今回はUareaでコンサートを見るために泊まりました。 駅に近くてスーパーもありとても便利でした。 設備はちょっと古い感もありますが、気にしない方にはお勧めです。

駅にも近く、駅前の広場では平日朝にはマーケットが開かれたり、ちょっとしたスーパーも近くにあります。
自動販売機が使用できなかったり、客室内に使用不能の扉があったりといくつか故障が見られましたが、それ以外では特に不満はありません。ホテルスタッフの対応も丁寧でした。

残念ながら"sorry! you must change room!"がありましたが
2泊しました。チェックインの際に、「ごめん。明日部屋変えてもらうことになる」ということでしたが「そのかわりアップグレードするよ！」とのことで、1泊目はロビー別棟のアパルトマン。食器はありますが、洗剤やスポンジはありませんので、調達する必要があります。ですが、ホテルの1階にFRANPRIXがあります問題はありません。2泊目は「ごめんね〜。excellent roomをとっといたよ！」excellentでした・・・mercureがnovotelになったくらいですが・・・でもいい部屋でした。Prefecture Nanterreは中東やアジアンが多い地域のようです。宿泊客は東欧系の人が多いようです。

Hotel difficile a trouver même si il est à 20 m de la bouche de métro, on s'oriente très facilement sur la résidence géré par l'hotel Mercure, qui posséde un panneau et non l'entrée de l'hotel qui elle n'en possède pas. l'entrée du RER proche on entend un peu le passage du RER même au 5ème étage, mais cela reste acceptable. personnel super gentil et attentionné

Pas d’eau chaude !
Il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude lundi matin, donc impossible de prendre une douche. Pour un hôtel de ce rang , C’est difficilement admissible.

Le falta mantenimiento. No funciona bien la cerradura del baño, no cambiaron las toallas de un día para otro, solamente dejaron una “ botellita” de agua pequeña el primer día para 2 personas 3 días. El personal del primer y Segundo f de Iva fueron muy desatentos y no daban importancia a lo que les habláramos. No volvería a hospedarme allí

Very big and clean room. Seperate toilet and shower. That is perfect. Also they are seperated from the bedroom with a door. Good bed and really near to the metro station.

AVOID THIS ONE
Reception staff not very helpful except Jessy. Would not give us any milk for tea and rather patronising attitude of the young lady. The rooms are small and tiny toilet. Loud sound of underground trains all day and night. Beds of poor quality. Miles away from the city centre and Main railway station.

The staff is not caring. When we arrive at 18:30, they send us to the room and it was not ready. The second day,when we return the room was not ready also, and when asking they told us they only make room once every 4 days. And this was not mentioned when we reserve.

Uuu ja waar moeten we beginnen Bij aankomst foute kamer we hadden Privilege, Tweepersoonskamer, 1 tweepersoonsbed, geboekt maar we kwamen in goedkoper kamer, Na de recept dus begonnen ze helemaal raar in frans te praten lekker beleeft als je daarvoor engels praat en ze waren duidelijk geïrriteerd ! Uit eindelijk de juiste kamer maar komt nog zeker niet overeen met de foto's ! Veel kapot veel kleiner dan op de foto's gelukkig ben ik en me vrouw niet groter dan 180cm anders heb je echt en probleem met douche,lift ,gang, wc was 50/60 cm breed echt veel en veel te klein! En nog erger te maken de trem gaat onder het hotel door denk ik of heel dicht bij dus stil in je kamer ja 5 min steeds ! Daarna ontbijt ! Heb het laten staan ben lkkr in de stad wezen eten 👍 Voor de rest parijs top stad we hebben toch leuk weekend van gemaakt maar zou lkkr ander hotel kiezen want voor 210 euro per nacht is zeker niet waard !

Schönes Hotel , angenehmer Geruch in der Lobby , man konnte sich gut auf Englisch verständigen ! Zimmer waren sauber und gut ausgestattet mit dem nötigsten. Das einzige was gefehlt hat war eine Steckdose im Bad, aber ansonsten rund um zufrieden . Gerne wieder
