Definitely not a four star hotel

Excellent location. Nice friendly service. Good breakfast. The hotel is dated and needs renovation. The bed was uncomfortable with a broken mattress. The bathroom was covered with mould.

The staff were lovely and very nice. The location was close to subway stations, fresh market stalls, craft cocktails, and fine dining. Of ciurse there were also quick bites and shopping around as well. It was abiut a 20-30 minute subway ride to Central Paris. The rooms were clean and cute. AC, good water pressure in the shower, 2 keys, fridge, nespresso coffee machine with pods and mugs, and we had a balcony with chairs and a table that looked over the rooftops of Paris. Very romantic. Would definitely stay again.

Très décevant

Hotel 4 étoiles filantes ! Le personnel est vraiment sympa. Mais c'est le seul point positif de cet hôtel ! Tout d'abord, après près de 4h de train et une arrivée à 20h30, je rentre dans la chambre et : le lit n'est pas fait. Génial ! Cela vous donne le ton du reste du séjour : - matelas indigne d'un 4 étoiles. - 2eme jour : je trouve un poil sous le drap qui couvre le matelas. Non je n'ai pas cherché sous le drap, c'est juste que le personnel de ménage ne sait pas faire un lit et que j'ai dû le faire moi même. - drap avec tache - table en verre de la chambre sale (trace d'un verre visible, voir photo) - le réservoir du shampoing/savon dans la douche n'a pas été rempli, du coup j'ai dû racler le fond pour me laver les cheveux - qualité du petit déjeuner moyen (ne prenez pas la salade de fruit) Vous aurez compris : je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

nice room but ..reception can be better

the first reception hostess was rude and we ask her to repeat every single sentence she said (even ask to switch to english and she refused). the second one was super friendly and nice. the water came out yellow in the bathtube. it looks like they changed the pipes recently but no one warned us. we rang on departure but no hostess came after 10ish minutes.

Hotel bem confortavel: cama e chuveiros excelentes, bom espaço, quarto aparentemente novo. Staff simpatico e solicito. Sinal de wifi/internet estável. Bem localizado, a poucas quadras da Praça da Bastilha e a 2 quarteirões da estação de metrô (Ledru Rolin). O unico porém foi que o ar-condicionado do quarto não estava funcionando, embora, no inverno, não gouve maiores problemas. Me hospedaria nele novamente

Great place to stay

we were moved as I requested a quiet room with no comment or problem. The room was small but comfortable. Excellent location in an interesting area. The deal I had secured meant that I was spared the scary prices on the screen at arrival!
