かわいいデザインホテル

とてもかわいいホテルでした。スイートにしたため部屋も広く、バスタブも快適。お水の補給がなかったのと5つ星にしてはホスピタリティなどが大きなホテルほどではなかったので、85点て感じです。

愛想が良ければ，パーフェクトの滞在先としてお薦めできます。

チェックイン時間前に荷物を先に預かりしましたが，15時過ぎに戻ると部屋未だ用意できないと言われました。しかも座るところなくて，かなりの時間に立たされました、フロント前4人のスタッフもいたのに，自分でしゃべりし合たばかりで，お客さんに対して心遣いがあまり感じませんでした。五つ星のホテルなのに，印象的に良いとは言えないでした。部屋はジュニアスートを予約したので，広くて快適でした。庭付きのレストランも素敵でした，食事でも軽く飲んでも心地よい場所です。スタッフも親切で，フロントのスタッフと違いました。一方、掃除のスタッフがバスルームの石鹸のお皿を壊したようですが，何も言ってくれなかったのです。なぜ気づいたのが，夜に部屋へ戻ると，バスルームの床に陶器のかけらがありまして，幸い踏んでいなかったです。日本のように丁寧さを要求するわけではないですが，文化的に差異もありますが，フロントのスタッフがもっと愛想が良ければ，パーフェクトの滞在先としてお薦めできます。

とてもいいロケーションで好感もてるホテル

車でアクセスできて駐車場へもすみやかに対応して頂きました。フロントの方も大変親切でスムーズにチェックインできました。部屋も清潔で静かでした。日曜日の朝、マルシェも楽しめますし、マレ地区のアクセスも大変便利です。朝食もとても美味しかったです。

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in Europe. Very nice and helpful staff. the rooms were very clean and our two-bedroom suite, in particular, was very spacious and comfortable. the restaurant was small but had great food and good service. I cant wait to go back.

The hotel offers a modern ambiance with a touch of classic Parisian style. The staff provided excellent and exceptionally friendly service. The room was not only clean but also spacious and filled with natural light. Moreover, the breakfast was a delightful experience, offering a variety of delicious options. The location is excellent. The staff is also very attentive. Sleeping was a bit of an issue given the area so busy. There are too much noise all the way up to late hours of the night (I’m referring to midnight and onwards, there’s still a lot of activities). Sleeping was a bit of a problem for me. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay here at the pool and sauna area is quite nice as well.

Excellent stay in Paris

Great stay in the Marais. Location is good neat place de la bastille. Staff is professional. Rooms are large enough. No tips for improvement other then a larger safe where you can put a tablet in. That gives an idea of the state of this hotel. It is excellent.

Great stay in Paris

The hotel is a great find in Paris (Marais) close to metro stations. Staff is professional and friendly. The spa (sauna"s) are great for relaxing after being in the city or going to the city centre) The only tip i can give is a slightly lager safe as my tablet did not fit in the safe.

Wir hatten ein kleines Zimmer mit Dachfenstern- sehr schön! Das Bett war sehr gemütlich und das Zimmer insgesamt modern und sehr sauber. Das einzige, was gefehlt hat, waren ein paar Haken, um die Jacken aufzuhängen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, auch wenn beim Frühstück ab und zu der bestellte Café nicht kam. Das tolle Angebot des Frühstücks hat das wieder gut gemacht! Außerdem hat das Hotel einen sehr schönen kleinen Wellnessbereich mit einer guten Sauna. Meine Eltern hatten ein ganz neues Zimmer, was ebenfalls sehr schön war- einziges Manko: die Steckdosen im Badezimmer wurden bei der Planung vergessen, so dass man mit einem Verlängerungskabel aushelfen musste. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist super, das Viertel als Marais ist um die Ecke, was meiner Meinung nach eines der schönsten Viertel in Paris ist. Insgesamt waren wir alle sehr zufrieden und würden das Hotel wieder buchen!

I was in Paris for business in the 11th District and was dreading a postage stamp size room and telephone size bath. This was a pleasant surprise. I had a queen size room. Very large even by American resort standards, sofa, coffee table, small dining table with 2 chairs, large bathroom, shower and tub, lots of light and quiet. Veryhelpful staff, nice breakfast and reasonable bar. At about $800/night, a bit expensive for the amenities. But sold out every night. I don't think I would go thre as a tourist as it's a bit far from where the attractions are, but it was perfect for business.

I am so disappointed. You should pictures of the superior room that were nice, clean and decent in size. When I arrived to the hotel, the entrance was surrounded with garbage! The lobby smelled food from the restaurant.. the room was not at all what you showed on you website ! I paid 350$ for a superior room and I was offered a tiny tiny room. I couldn’t move around the bed. I had to carry my luggage to the room because they don’t have a bagagiste. It is not a 5 star hotel !!!! I left the hotel looking for another one ! And they would not refund me !!! It is your fault that you showed wrong info and pictures of the hotel and room. I can’t not trust Expedia again!
