予約をして行ったものの、予約がされていないなどの対応を受け、チェックインに時間がかかった。 室内の窓が壊れていて開けたら閉めづらく、冷蔵庫がないので注意。ドライヤーのコンセントがバスルームと繋がらず、鏡がない場所でやらなければならず不便。 その他シャワーなど問題なかったですが、金額の割には合わないように思えます。

Barに行ったらレストランが混んでいるので10分待ってくれと言われたが30分以上待たされ、間に水とコーラを買う人には、急いでいるからと言われたら対応していた。結局、来なかったので帰ったが、あの時間帯でBarが稼働していないのが残念だった。

The staff were friendly and assistance was top notch - they helped book our day trip to Versailles! The rooms were clean and tidy, spacious and well set out (no fridge though in my room). The neighbourhood was great - walking to distance to Galeries Lafayette and Opéra district, and a stones throw from Montmartre. Metro was just and easy distance. The restaurant Papillon & Co. did not have the best breakfast (but was great for evening drinks), but just a couple blocks away was Corner Haussman that met our French expectations and needs for breakfast. Overall M Social was an amazing experience and I would stay there again!

Good hotel but all is manual (not for business)
Fine rooms, good beds. Excellent breakfast buffet but DONT TRUST THEM WITH PRE-ORDERING TAXIS. Pre-order the night before to 07:45 actually showed out to be a person in the reception going out 07:45 to try to hijack a taxi. Did not succeed so we had the book an UBER. On top the checkout is a joke. I logged a credit card upon arrival but they had to manually add up the bills upon checkout. Took 5 mins.., Finding out that the taxi was not pre-booked + this 5 min excercise made us miss our train connection at Gard du Nord.

今までパリで滞在したホテルのなかでは一番、清潔を保たれているホテルでした。またスタッフも感じが良くご親切な方々でした。朝食ブュッフェもお味、お品揃え共に大満足でございました。 我が家は4人家族ですので、4人一緒に宿泊できるお部屋をいつも探します。以前もこちらのホテルを希望しましたが、4人での宿泊が可能なお部屋が見つからず諦めました。でも、今回のお部屋はとても広くて良いお部屋ですので、4人でも宿泊できるかと思います。そのような希望を聞き入れていただくことは出来ますでしょうか？
