For your information, it will be back in operation on 3 November. In the meantime, we will do our best to allocate you a room on the lower floors, unless you request otherwise. In addition, a team member is on hand throughout the day to help you take your belongings upstairs. Breakfast is served every day without exception, from 6.30am to 10am on weekdays, and from 7.30am at weekends. We are surprised that you have not enjoyed it.
