Good Afternoon from Paris We thank you for your comments. We are sorry to realize that our reservation reply was so short and cold. In the future we will try to be more expressive and detailed when sending our confirmations out. The City Tax is not included in the price of the accomodation and we ask our guests to pay it separately. The information appears when you make a reservation via EXPEDIA We keep the haidryers at the Reception and ask for a deposit of 10 € to make sure it will be given back as many guest forget them and then we run out of hairdryers. There are normally two waste bins, one in the room and another one in the bathroom. We are sorry you were missing one. The housekeeping service would have been happy to bring you one if needed. En effet, il n'y a pas de chaud mais un choix de céréales, viennoiseries, pains, boissons chaudes et froides, fruits secs, yaourts et brioche.Il est vrai que nos chambre ne sont pas immenses mais nous essayons de les rendre le plus pratique possible.Pour le gel douche, c'est la première fois que j'ai cette remarque, je vais donc me pencher sur le sujet.Vous souhaitant une belle journée.

Good morning Mert,I am sorry to read this comment.I spent some time with you to resolve the issue. The reservation we received was for 2 people and not for 3, which is why a supplement was asked for.I contacted the agency that had booked with us, which itself had a reservation for 2 and not 3. I still gave you a room for 3 people at no extra cost, I was not obliged to do so.The breakfast that was included in your reservation is a simple but varied breakfast consisting of yogurts, cereals, pastries, dried fruits, hot and cold drinks, cake... so nothing mediocre in my opinion.We are in Paris so it is true that the elevators are not big but I don't understand why this is a problem.
