スタッフはとても親切でした。この値段でこのクオリティのホテルなら基本的に満足です。 少し残念な点はシャワースペースが狭い、朝食に野菜がほしいくらいです。

朝の便でパリに着いた為、フロントの男性スタッフが早めにcheck in させて頂きました。とても助かりました。 ホテルの立地は良かったのですが、部屋自体は小さく、一番不便に感じたのはシャワーする所が狭過ぎて、身動きがやっとの広さです。あと、部屋にコーヒーセット、歯ブラシセット、スリッパなどありません。とても不便に感じました。

エッフェル塔が見えます！
お部屋がバルコニーに出れる部屋でエッフェル塔も見えて快適に過ごすことができました！ フロントのお姉さんもとても良い方で素敵な滞在となりました。 お値段も安かったので是非また泊まりたいです！

可もなく不可もなし
ホテルからの最寄り駅は2駅あり、便利でした。しかし物価の高いパリなので、なにかと苦労しました。 パリでこの値段で宿泊できるので、その点は良かったです。 しかし部屋はあまり大きくはなく、設備も普通でした。 WiFiが早かったので、その点は良かったです。

かなり悪質なホテルです
客室に冷房がなかった。　帰りにCDG空港までタクシーをフロントで呼んでもらったが下車時に領収書が発行できないと言われた、いろいろ話したが結局何ももらえず、仕事での使用だったので大変困った。 チェックアウトの翌日、ホテルの支払いに使用したカードが不正使用されたとカード会社から連絡がありカードをストップした。 因果関係は特定できないが、そのカードはこのホテルでの支払いにしか使用していなかったのでフロントの男性がかなりあやしいと思った。夜間のフロントの男性が妙になれなれしかったり、感じが悪かったり、ホテルの従業員というよりただの町中の変なおじさんという感じで、狭いロビーでテレビを見ていたり、夜間はロビーのソファーに毛布のようなものを敷いて寝ていたり、とても三ツ星のホテルとは思えなかった。 二度と泊まりたくないホテルです。　ホテルのフロントで呼んでもらったタクシーが白タクってありえないです。

Dear Guest, We are very sorry about the problem you had with the Taxi. All Taxis are obliged to give a receipt. If we knew about it right away we could contact the Taxi company to resolve the problem. Concerning your credit card, There is no way that the information of your CC could be stolen from us. We manage a lot of CC number all day long and never heard about any of our guest having trouble. For your information, each time you make a payment in any shop, you leave your CC number on the Shop ticket.. Concerning our night receptionnist, this old man is working with us for more than 20 years, you should not qualify stange a man that is going to get retire soon. In France, we can not fire someone because of his age, and certainly not when someone worked with us such a long time. Our reception is just in the normal size for a 3 stars , about 60 meters Square. We are sorry that you did not appreciate our hotel, even if we are doing our best to please all our guest in our little Familly 3 stars hotel.

立地を考えると十分なお宿です。
毎回パリ出張の時に部屋が空いていれば利用しています。立地が良いのでビジネス・観光にもおススメです。部屋は近辺の相場を考えると十分かと。ただ今回最終日にエレベーターが故障して動かなかったのはイタかったです。パリのホテルではよくあることですが！？、螺旋階段をスーツケースを持って降りるのはツラいです。そういう意味では女子のみの滞在には不向きかも・・・でもまあ駅も近いし、近辺には遅くまで開いてるスーパーもあるし、食事は多国籍にお店が揃うので、次回も空いていれば利用する予定です。

Dear guest, I'm sorry that your stay did not finish well. Unfortunatelly, due to a overload , group of 6 people who did not respect the maximum authorised. The lift was out of order for 3/4 hours. Time for a technician to come and fix it. We hope that everything else was ok for you , and hope that you will come back to us.

泊まるだけと割り切って
5泊しましたが部屋の窓は開かなく換気ができませんでした。埃ぽっくて子供は風邪をひいてしまいました。 タオルはしみだらけで洗濯はされているのでしょうが気持ちいいものでありませんでした。 エアコンもなく暑くて困りました。扇風機を借りて対応しましたが。部屋をかえてほしいとお願いしましたが駄目でした。朝食も1日だけ食べてやめました。おいしくないパンとヨーグルトしかありませんでした。近くにスーパーやカフェもあるのでホテルでの食事はおすすめしません。

☆2が最高評価だと思うがパリなら価格と見合わなくても仕方ないかもしれない。スタッフは皆感じが良かった。立地も良いがわかりにくい。でも2度と泊まりたくない。

ロケーションが少しわかりにくかったです。(地図によっては、ホテルがある通りが載っていませんでした。) 客室は清潔ですが、エレベーターや廊下のタバコの匂いが気になりました。アレルギーや喘息のある方にはオススメしません。スタッフは人により当たり外れがあります。

悪くないです。ロケーションは良い。向かいにflanprixがあるのでご飯にも困りません。荷物は預かってもらえますが、誰でも入れるロビーの片隅に置かれます。レセプションに人がいないこともあるので少し不安。

ホテルは十分広くきれいでお風呂のお湯も温かかったです。 また、周辺の観光地にもアクセスがよく、空港行きのバス停にも近いので文句なしです。

立地条件の良いホテル
パリでの国際学会参加のため6日宿泊しました。このホテルの良いところは，立地条件です。最寄のメトロまで徒歩で5分もかかりませんし，目の前にスーパーがあり便利です。さらに，最寄のメトロには2線走っているので，どこに行くにも便利でした。ただ，立地がよく栄えている街にありますので，夜中まで外がにぎやかな日もありました。ホテルの部屋は，可もなく不可もなくという感じでした。清潔感があるわけでもないですが，すごく汚いという感じもありませんでした。シャワールームが電話ボックスほどで狭く感じましたが，他のホテルもそのような感じだったようです。特にアメニティはありませんでしたが，ドライヤーがついていたのはありがたかったです。スタッフの方は愛想が良く，気さくに話をしてくれました。コルク抜きも気軽に貸してくれました。有料（1週間で10ユーロ）ですがWi-Fiもあったので，不便はしませんでした。

パサージュ・ヴェルドー周辺で気さく
近くに望みのパサージュがあり、ヴェルドーもジュフロワも、少し歩けば、ヴィヴィエンヌも行ける距離で、気さくな街の雰囲気です。小さな宿ですが、バスタブも十分。フロントも気さくでした。ブリュッセルから来たので、北駅からホテルまでは荷物が大きいとタクシーでしょう。ただ、ほぼ中心部で、どこへ行くにさほど遠くないのですが、タクシーはなかなか連れて行ってくれません。帰りの空港までは乗り合いタクシーが一人17ユーロで安上がりでした。

CDG空港行きバス停のオペラ地区のギャラリーラファイエットまで徒歩で行けるいう立地と価格がリーズナブルという点は良いのですが、建物が古くシーツや枕もかなり使い込んでいて清潔感に欠けます。 朝食もマレ地区で宿泊したホテルよりもおそまつでした。

This hotel is in very poor condition. It's very very very tired. It's not well maintained at all. The rooms are not very nice and they are small. Beds are really uncomfortable. Yes it's not too expensive but it's really not worth the savings. It's not a pleasant place to stay in. The breakfast isn't good either. Not worth the price. On the plus side, the staff is nice and helpful, and the location is great (with restaurants, bars, and transport nearby). But the hotel is a dive.

Nuestra estancia en el hotel fue muy buena, sin embargo el señor que atiende de noche tiene la peor actitud, es muy grosero! El chico y la chica que atienden otros días, son muy amables y atentos. Y cobran un extra por día y por persona conforme a la estancia, esto no lo especifican nunca y es de muy mal gusto.

During this week, I booked especially a room with large bed, because during the film festival, I had planned to have a friend joigning me in Paris from Normady and stay Saturday night, so we could have late films. And another friend on Wednesday night, for theater. Beside these friends, I also invited over 1 sex friend I knew in Paris, for a moment, not for the night. The man in the reception was REPEATEDLY OUTMOST UNFRIENDLY, making comments "If 2 people room is booked for 1 person, even if you pay city tax, you cannot take in your room another person not registered on day 1. And even less 2 different people. He even FORBID acces to my sex friend.". Is this place a convent? This receptionnist should be replaced. He worked e.g. on Thursday 14th DEC, at 07h00.

Dear Sir,Initially you booked a double room but only for 1 person which means that your reservation allowed only 1 client in the room. As the occupancy of a double room is set to 2 persons and upon a prior request the hotel can authorize another client in the room (but only one and always the same person presenting his passport at the front desk). It implies an additional cost of 15 EUR per day. Not only did we accept a second client in your room but we also didn’t apply this extra charge taking into account your long stay. You tried to invite different persons almost every night and sometimes more than one during the same night which is completely unacceptable.To answer your question : this place is not a convent, it’s a hotel and it has its rules which we respect. Because one of the most important things for us is to ensure guest safety and security in our hotel.

Really convenient pricewise. The receptionists were communicative and polite. The rooms small but cozy. The area was full of restaurants and bars and had a metro station closeby

The beds in the room were very old and the mattress was badly broken. Thr springs dug into my back all night and i had one of the worse nights sleep i have ever had in a hotel. The shower was very badly designed so it was difficult to use.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It’s in a central area of Paris and a lively and interesting neighborhood. The street it is on looked a little run down, as if it has seen better days. Some of the shops and restaurants were closed and boarded up. But, it’s close to A LOT of interesting things that are quintessentially Paris. While the hotel itself offers good amenities, a comfortable bed, a shower and tub, and is quiet from within, I did notice the sound of a lot of truck traffic in the mornings, around 5am. I had a room on level 5 (6th floor) facing the street. This noise was caused by the trash collectors picking up trash. While not unbearable or unusual, I would have appreciated sleeping in a little later. I was able to sleep better as I became more accustomed to the sounds of the neighborhood.
