おしゃれなプチホテルです。最寄りはDuroc駅で2線使えて便利ですし、モンパルナス駅も徒歩圏内です。部屋も清潔で素敵だったのですが、暖房が効きすぎていてエアコンを使用するほどでした。モーニングは食べていませんが、ダイニングは可愛く内容も美味しそうでした。

ボンマルシェや有名なチーズ店キャトルオムが徒歩圏で、 Duroc駅が至近でしたのでどこに行くにも便利でした。 滞在時ちょっとした調理ができればと思いアパートメントを利用したのですが、 IHや電子レンジなど一式そろっており朝夕食時に便利でした。 食器や調味料もありましたが、これらの使用はさすがにちょっと抵抗が。 部屋はホテルの隣の隣にある建物の中の一室で、エレベータはありませんでした。 ベッドメイク・ごみ捨ては毎日ホテルの方が行ってくださって快適に過ごせました。 ただキッチンのテーブルにはどこからともなくアリんこが数匹やってきたりします。 フロントスタッフもフレンドリーでよい滞在ができました。

清潔・快適・アクセス良し
広くはないがお部屋は快適です　特に水回りが明るくて清潔なのが高評価です　立地もメトロの最寄りまで5分以内，路線バスも最寄りのメトロ駅に隣接　この路線バスはモンパルナスと凱旋門を結んでいるのでどちらもエールフランスバス(シャルル・ド・ゴール空港発着)にアクセスできます　ボンマルシェも徒歩圏内です　価格も良心的ですが唯一、難点は外壁の工事中でかなりうるさかったです　8時半頃から4時半頃まで続いていたと思います 日中部屋にいないのであれば問題ないと思います

デザイナーホテル？
サンジェルマンデプレの、適当なホテルを、と選びました。部屋の壁紙や、ライトも凝っていて、そういうホテルがお好きな方にはいいかも。。？？ メトロ駅から五分ほどで、駅前には、カイザーのカフェがあって朝食に利用しました。コインランドリーも、すぐ近くで助かりました。 ホテルは、廊下をはさんで向かいの部屋の声、物音が、聞こえたこと、電気ポットとお茶セットはあるが、洗浄されてなかったこと、前の客のゴミがまだ残っていたのが残念でした。全体的に、料金に比して、期待していた内容でなく、フロントの対応は、淡々とし、心地よい滞在にはなりませんでした。

Very clean, nice decor cute room, good breakfast. Very small room, bathroom needed repair, rusty base on shower. Check in 2pm, flight arrived at 6.30 a.m. Would not let us check in even five minutes before, seemed unreasonable.

Purtroppo devo dare un giudizio negativo alla stanza per la sua dimensione veramente esigua! Dalle foto non sembrava così piccola! Tra il letto e il muro c erano 10 cm di spazio: Impossibile stare comodamente in 2… avevo un solo bagaglio piccolo ma aprirlo era ogni volta un impresa.Stanza al primo piano( n 10) molto calda e rumorosa a tutte le ore tenendo la finestra aperta dato che era impossibile utilizzare l aria condizionata perché lo spiffero arrivava sul letto e rischiavi un malanno.Personale non molto caloroso. Unico dato positivo la vicinanza al metto( Duroc) e la presenza di molti negozi( anche se molto cari) e supermercati. Un ostello più che un hotel e non ci tornerei di sicuro

A great place to stay. Excellent location, easy to get everywhere. The buffet breakfast was a nice treat; better than other places' continental breakfasts. The dining area/lobby is cozy and personable. The cleanliness was just average. They could do a better job wiping the doorknobs and light switches and walls... crusty smears all about, and a knob in the shower was broken so I couldn't stably position the sprayer, but whatever, It was overall generally clean, really nice stone tile in the bathroom, the room was nice, the bed was cozy, room had a hip feeling, good decor, and the best part, which you cannot get in Paris almost anywhere for the price - is AIR CONDITIONING! YES! That was a life saver in the heat. Room also had a fridge and a safe, AND an electric kettle, which none of the other Paris hotels I stayed in had for that price. Thank you for a lovely 3-day stay. Definitely recommend.

The hotel staff do not like Americans and aren't afraid to let you know. They are inflexible on check-in time, and were affronted when I asked to move rooms for a working a/c unit. It took three rooms before there was a/c. A day later I asked for utensils and received a 10 min lecture on how I had to return them immediately so that they could be used by other guests in the morning. Another coupled also asked for utensils at the same time and were told - in French - that they were happy to provide and to take their time. Hotel is in a great location, but their rudeness is unnecessary. If you do stay here - there's a traffic school directly across from the hotel. A lot of smoking and noise throughout the day and early evening that wafts up to the hotel.

No terminó de cumplir mis expectativas
Es un hotel que parece más de 2 estrellas que de 3. Lo reservé porque me gustaron las fotos y los comentarios pero la estancia no acabó cumpliendo mis expectativas. Me hospedé en una doble superior y es bastante básica, con el mobiliario envejecido y sin armario ropero. El hotel está pidiendo urgentemente una renovación (hace por lo menos 10 años que no dan una mano de pintura a las paredes, las moquetas están super roídas), El cuarto de baño es lo que menos me gustó: sanitarios antiguos, mampara de ducha envejecida y medio rota de la que se escapaba el agua y encharcaba el suelo junto al inodoro, falta de limpieza a fondo (especialmente en el plato de ducha, donde se ve mugre en las esquinas y en las ventanas). Me quejé el primer día en la recepción por la falta de limpieza en el cuarto de baño pero no hicieron nada por mejorar ese aspecto). Eso sí, el personal de recepción es amable y servicial y el hotel está al lado de la estación de metro Duroc (líneas 10 y 13). En fin, si se va sólo a dormir un par de noches, el hotel tiene un pase. Pero hay muchas mejores opciones de alojamiento en París

Good but not great.
This is a 3 star hotel, but it's more like your typical Parisian 2 star hotel: nothing special. All Parisian hotel rooms are small, but most are designed so that it works. In my room here, for example, although the bed itself was very comfortable, the bathroom was very poorly designed. The toilet was right next to the shower, which made getting into and out of the small shower more or less impossible. The folks at the front desk were responsible, but unlike at other Parisian 3 star hotels, no one went out of their way to be helpful. In short, rien de special. I won't stay there again.

Room is so tiny there was no space for my bag to be open. No closets either. Thin walls could hear neighbors browsing their phones. Not even high volume. Staff were friendly. Had to leave the key at reception every time I wanted to leave the hotel. Found that inconvenient. No light blinds in case you want to open the curtains no privacy with facing building. Light comes in in the morning. Overall it’s a 3 star hotel in a good location. But many drawbacks for my personal taste.

Great service
The service from the man at reception was outstanding. He went above and beyond to help my mum and I with our stay and travels. His helpfulness and friendliness made our holiday there more wonderful.
