革命記念日の花火をみに
イベント絡みでコロナ禍初の渡仏。実に3年ぶり！ちょうど革命記念日だったので、直前でしたが、無料宿泊券を利用して、花火がみえるこのホテルを予約しました。ラップ通りはたいへんな賑わいでしたが、花火を見た後は、目の前がホテルでしたので、便利に快適に過ごす事ができました。夜中中お祭り騒ぎでしたが、それすらも懐かしい、3年ぶりのパリ。ルームサービスの利用時間帯が短く、利用できなかったのは残念でした。ゴールド会員特典のジュースは、申し出たら、いただけました。

お部屋は全体的に綺麗でした。窓からは少しエッフェル塔が見えて良かったです。洗面所が広く、シャワーの水圧もパリのホテルの中では1番良かったです。

エッフェル塔中心の滞在の方にオススメです！
何度もパリへは旅行したことがありますが、エッフェル塔に上ったことがなかったので、今回はエッフェル塔中心の滞在となりました。とても近いので昼間は上から街の景色、夜はエッフェル塔の夜景を満喫しました。7分くらいはかかりますがスーパーマーケットもあり、治安がいい地域なので夜遅くても危険は感じませんでした。ホテルの従業員さん達はキビキビと仕事熱心で頼りになりました。ただ、朝食が内容のわりに19.00€なのは値段が高く感じました。朝食は近くのカフェでをオススメします。とてもオシャレなブティックホテルです。

今回、パリ、及びヨーロッパへ行く事が初めてでした。家族四人で滞在し、宿泊した理由が、エッフェル塔の近くであるのと、空港からホテルまでのシャトルバス（有料）ツアーの予約をして頂けるの三つでした。宿泊する1ヶ月以上前からエッフェル塔が見える部屋の要望を頼んでいたのですが、回答は部屋が空いていればの話しでした。現地に着いてから、部屋へ行くと、先の方だけが見える部屋でした。後で聞いてみると、四人部屋のスイートではなく、二人部屋のスイートでないと、無理だそうです。先に知りたかったです。ツアーについて、今回、ベルサイユ宮殿のチケット、ディズニーランド、送迎付き、モンサンミッシェルの三つをお願いしたのですが、ベルサイユ宮殿はガーデンの入場もお願いしてたのですが、ベルサイユ宮殿までしか予約してもらえてなかった、現地に着いてから払う羽目に。予約の方が安いです。ディズニーランドはエッフェル塔付近でバスのピックアップがあるとの事で、お願いしたのですが、当日、曖昧な住所しか分からず、もう少しでバスを見逃す所でした。一番最悪だったのが、料金にバス代が含まれてなかったので、予約してた場合としてない場合だと約40ユーロぐらい違うので私達にとっては大きな損害でした。モンサンミッシェルへ行く当日、早朝であるのと、ツアーバスがオペラ付近だった為、ホテルにタクシーを朝6時40分でお願いしたのですが、言ってた時間より20分早く来てたらしく、乗った瞬間気付いたのですが、待ってた時間も料金が加算されていて、初乗りが15ユーロくらいからだったのでビックリしました。エッフェル塔から、オペラまで、タクシーで約10分ぐらいですが、35ユーロぐらい払わされました。ちゃんと指定した時間に来ていたら、15ユーロぐらいでいけるはずです。帰国日のホテルのシャトルバスについても、来るのが15分くらい遅れ、伝えたターミナルにも行ってくれず、降ろされターミナル1から2まで、空港のシャトルバスで行く羽目に。最後にハウスキーパーについて、四人宿泊しているのに、いつも水は二本、タオルは二個でした。部屋の床も掃除機は掛けておらずゴミは落ちっぱなし。コーヒのコップも洗っているのかわからないぐらいでした。一度伝えても、必ずフロントまで言いに行かないと伝わりませんでした。余りにも酷かったので、フロントにチップシステマはあるのかと聞き、レストランはあるが、ホテルはないと言われましたが、試しに数日間ベットの横にチップを置いていたのですが、お金だけ取られ、清掃はいつも通りでした。星4と期待してたのに、残念でしたが、ホテルの従業員は素晴らしかったです。

最寄駅はRER/C線の工事に伴い一時閉鎖されていたが、それでも川向かいの地下鉄駅も近かったので、交通の利便性は良かった。 またホテルのすぐ近くにあるパン屋さんのフランスパンがとてもおいしいという発見も楽しめた。 宿泊期間中はあいにく改装中であったが、事前にホテルから連絡もあり、誠意は感じた。 ただ、フロントが一名体制でチェックアウトに時間を要したことと、備え付けのドライヤーがただの送風で、風量と温風切り替えができなかったのは残念であった。

全仏オープンテニス観戦に最適。エッフェル塔にも至近！
２０１７年５月下旬から６月上旬にかけて、一人旅で全仏テニス観戦のため４泊しました。 ・場所 メトロ９号線のアルママッソー駅から徒歩約５分。 エッフェル塔までは正面からなら徒歩約１０分。裏正面なら約５分で行けます。 全仏テニス会場へも９号線一本で２０～２５分程度なので、非常に便利な立地でした。 ・チェックイン このサイトの予約確認メールを見せると、スムーズにチェックインできました。 何の問題もなく、言葉が分からない割には笑顔で気持ちの良い対応でした。 カードルームキーと、WI-FIのパスワードももらえました。 エレベーターは小さなものが１台。２人＋スーツケースが限界でしょうか。 一人旅でしたら問題ありません。他に階段もありました。 ・部屋 ダブルベッドが１台。バスタブ＆シャワーあり（水圧も問題無し！）。 冷蔵庫、エアコンもあり。テレビも見やすかった。 洗面所のシンク周りが鋭角になっていて、とてもオシャレでした。 騒音についても、通りに面している割には特に気になりませんでした。 しかも、予約時にリクエストしていたエッフェル塔ビューの部屋でした！ 実はリクエスト後のホテルからの返信メールでは 「エッフェル塔ビューの部屋はあるが、高価です・・・」という内容の 英語でのメールが返ってきたので半ば諦め、そのままにしてましたが。 この対応には感動を覚えました！！ あの「シャンパンフラッシュ」が部屋から見られたのが嬉しかったです。 冷蔵庫の中にはコーラ、アイスティー、ペリエ、ミネラルウォーターの４本が常備済。 中に英語でメッセージがあり、「これらはホテルからのプレゼント」と書いているではないか！ おそるおそる飲んでみた翌日には、減った分がきちんと補充されていました。 もちろん追加料金は請求されていません。 慣れない外国の地で、特に到着初日などで近くにスーパー等が見つからない場合、 ドリンク調達には意外と苦労するので助かりました。 ・ルーム＆ベッドメイク チェックアウトの１２時を過ぎてから外出した日もありましたが、 特にドアをドンドンされたり電話で催促されるような事もなかったです。 そして札を掛けて外出し、夜に部屋に戻ってくるときちんと清掃されていました。 タオル交換などもパーフェクトでした！ よく外国では高ランクのホテルでもこのあたりがイイ加減という声も聞きますが、 このダービーアルマは大丈夫です！！ ・チェックアウト、荷物預かり 最終日の朝、起きるとドアの下に手紙が！ 支配人からでしょうか。私の名前入りで手書きで書いてありました。 英語ですべての内容を把握できた訳ではありませんが、 感謝の言葉が綴ってあることだけは容易に分かりました。 日本の高級ホテルでもこんなサービスほとんどないですよね。 少しウルっときてしまいました（笑）。 そしてカードキーを返却するだけで、スムーズにチェックアウトできました。 飛行機が夜発だったため、昼間に観光しようと思い、 それまでの間スーツケース預かりを英語でお願いしましたが、快くOKしてくれました。 観光に夢中で、指定していた時間より引き取りが遅くなってしまいましたが、 フロントの方は最後まで笑顔で対応し、見送っていただきました！ 得てして、外国のホテルで満足することってなかなか無いものですが、 このダービーアルマは総じて期待以上の内容で、おかげで素晴らしいパリ滞在となりました。 パリでのホテル選びに迷われている方には、ぜひお薦めします！！

パリ１泊。
南フランス１０日間周遊後、帰国前に最後の一日だけパリ市内の宿泊ホテルとして利用しました。エッフェル塔は部屋から眺める事は出来ませんが徒歩8分程度の距離にあり立地と価格から選びました。部屋は清潔で、決して広くはありませんが基本的に外で過ごす時間が長い事を考慮して決めた為不満はありません。アメニティはエルメスのソープセットが準備されていました。サービスに関しては頼めば不満な顔せず迅速に対応してもらえるため平均以上だと思います。

エッフェル塔近くの清潔感のあるホテル
エッフェル塔から5分くらいの清潔感のある小さなホテルです。夜は近くのアルマ橋からライトアップがとても綺麗に見えます。RERのc線やメトロも5分くらいで、利便性もとてもいいです。ホテル設備は最低限ですが必要十分です。欠点は2点、冷蔵庫が小さいことと、シャワーがとても使いにくいこと。特にシャワーはシャワーカーテンがないので、うまくやらないと床が水浸しになります。

２０１３年５月２３日から夫と９泊しました。 ホテルはとても綺麗でロマンチック。滞在中はとても快適に過ごせました。 場所は便利なところにあり、エッフェル塔やシャンゼリゼ通りまで歩いて行けます。 近くにはおいしいパン屋さん、深夜まで営業しているカフェもあります。少し歩けば、スーパーや人気のレストラン、ル・ココットなどもあり充実した滞在になりました。 地下鉄の駅も近く、どこへ行くのも便利でした。またパリに行くときにはぜひ泊まりたいと思います。

I recently stayed for 3 nights at this hotel and had a delightful experience. From the moment we arrived early, the staff was accommodating, securely storing our luggage and ensuring a smooth check-in process. The front desk person was particularly kind and helpful. The room was impeccably clean with a variety of towels available, which was a nice touch. Its proximity to the Eiffel Tower was a major plus - we enjoyed nightly walks to see the tower sparkle on the hour, which was truly magical. The area is also great for dining, with plenty of good restaurants nearby. However, there was a minor issue with the bathroom amenities. The soap provided did not have a proper container, which made it a bit inconvenient, and the quality of the soap itself could be improved as it left residue on the sink. The issue with the soap is minor but could enhance the overall guest experience if addressed.

Overall, lovely hotel with excellent location to restaurants, Eiffel Tower, and shopping. Nice amenities and wonderful customer service. Our room’s carpet was very dirty - stained and not vacuumed.

Expensive hotel with service issues
The room turned out to be much smaller than in the photographs. Toiletries are much cheaper than shown in the photos. Breakfast was ordered to the room at 10:00, but delivered at 7:00, plus you need to go to the restaurant yourself to get warm food. The interior is shabby and needs renovation. The climate control is noisy and needs to be turned off to get a good night's sleep. At the checkout, there was double charge for city tax, so I had to claim for refund

Check in was a very pleasant experience! Mayowa (pardon me if I’m not spelling it correctly) was very welcoming, polite, respectful and helpful. As a customer, a smile and ability to make eye contact when speaking is very important. Another front desk staff ( her name I think is Anne) was very helpful and pleasant. We had the family suite, and the pull out bed was all set up for the 3rd occupant. Room was clean but small but it worked for us since we were out most of the day. Main bed is comfortable and sheets were clean. Refrigerator had complimentary drinks of water and juice. Bathroom is clean and spacious, but the shower water pressure was very weak. Hotel location is very close to Eiffel Tower, lots of dining places nearby, pharmacy across the street and a convenience store around the corner. We walked most of the time we were there. 5 min to Eiffel, about 30 min to Arc de Triomphe, 45 min to Notre Dame.

A great hidden gem. Close to the Eiffel Tower, all forms of transit and the river as well. Very central and easy to get to and from. Mayoma the front desk ambassador is a pure delight to deal with. Friendly knowledgeable and a great representative.. All the staff were exceptional to deal with. I will definitely be back!

The property location is very good and staff is welcoming but paying so much for this property (450$ a night for family room) is not worth it rooms are very small, showers don’t work , corridors are claustrophobic, property looks very old. Also would not recommend to have there breakfast as it’s very less options for 22 euros / person (you can get better options elsewhere) I would never come and stay here again because if you are paying this much for a room there are better options in Paris which I have been too, they are rated as 4 stars on Expedia and in front of the hotel but for me it seems like a 2 star place have stayed in better properties within Paris
