Basic clean room at reasonable price

Helpful reception staff good location to Orly Airport. Room clean and bed comfortable but room had visible signs of general wear and tear. Room price was very reasonable. Only stayed one night due to travelling on. I am a light sleeper and slept poorly due to very loud air conditioning unit which we had to use as was very warm summer night so bring earplugs as none supplied in room.

A comfortable hotel

Stayed there for 2 nights . Location wise a bit off the Paris centre but metro and light train T7 manage to do the connection efficiently . I arrived after checkin time and was able to check in quick . Room is a bit room but clean and looks recently refurbished as now it has air conditioning . All in all , the hotel is ideal for a few nights stay

It gets the job done

For the price that we paid it was a good value. When staying at an Ibis hotel you definitely shouldn’t expect to be living in luxury but they get the basics done properly. The only thing that I would suggest needs to be changed is the lack of pillows, just one per bed. It seems inadequate. Otherwise the room was clean, facility in decent shape given the age, and the service friendly enough.

On the last day we entered at 4:30 for breakfast and were addressed by the person at the reception as if we were criminals who wanted to steal breakfast. For the record, it is you who wrote that breakfast was served from 04:00 to 12:00 otherwise I would have followed your rules. The sheets never changed. Towels only for the shower

Unclean, smelly and unhelpful experience.

From the moment of booking weeks ahead we had asked for a late check in as we were arriving late and asked about parking. No one had bothered to acknowledge the email or reply. No one picked up up the phone, it was either left ringing or cut off. When we arrived our family room stank of cigarette smoke, the entire room and bathroom so someone had been in our room prior to arrival. The window had been left open and the heating on full blast. We couldn’t sleep well as it smelled terrible and had to keep the window open all night which was awful. The room itself was basic and cleaning standards were also terrible. I would avoid this place like the plague and wouldn’t even give 1 star let alone !

Es un hotel muy limpio agradable La habitación buena con un buen baño personal muy atento desayuno bueno. Eso sí que no es un hotel de estar mucho tiempo, Lo inico malo que es un poco lejos de todas las atracciones que ofrese Paris claro que tiene buen transporte la linda 7 del tramvia, pero segasts mucho en locomocion. Pero totalmente recomendable.

On a installé dans une chambre sans lit, puis une autre chambre qui était déjà louée avec des valises ouvertes et des affaires partout, puis une dernière chambre qui n’existait pas. On a trouvé cette fameuse dernière chambre dans l’hôtel d’à côté. Pour finir l’ascenseur était en panne dans l’ibis budget et on s’est trimbalé les valises lourdes dans 3 niveaux
