Pros: Location - close to lots of cafes and restaurants, food market, multiple metro stations, and walking distance to some main sites and museums. Bed was comfortable. The room had a fridge. It was clean.
Cons: Everything is small - there was little space to move around in our room and bathroom. The lift is tiny and the spiral staircase a bit nauseating. The towels are small and feel like sandpaper. The hairdryer was very old and broken. We had a bath and when we asked about a shower (since all photos have a shower) we were told we didn’t ask for a room with a shower and we couldn’t change to another room as they were booked out. They said they would check again the next day, but didn’t come back to us. On booking we asked for separate beds, and whilst we had separate bedding, the beds were joined. There was little interaction from the staff apart from hello / good evening. We didn’t have breakfast, but it looked basic. Workers were right outside our windows every morning. They didn’t make a lot of noise but since they were at the window we had to keep the curtains closed.
