小さな子供連れの家族4人で利用しましたが、サービスも施設もとても良く、快適に過ごせました。スタッフの方々の対応もとても気持ち良かったです。立地も素晴らしく、地下鉄の駅近く、パリ北駅までも（少し坂道を歩きますが)徒歩圏内、スーパーやパン屋、カフェなどのちょっとした買い出し等も簡単にできるエリアです。治安は悪い感じもしませんでした。是非また利用したいです。

スタッフが気さくで、親切でした！カギのトラブルで二度部屋まで来ていただきましたが、「はい、はい〜」と言う感じで、すぐ対応してくれました。朝食も美味しかった。出発の日は、荷物を預かってくれました。北駅へのバスでの行き方を的確に教えてもらい、安く速く着くことができ助かりました。サービスに満足です。

ロケーションは最高です。
狭いけど、寝るだけなら及第点かと思います。スタッフは親切で薦められたビストロはいいお店でした。冷蔵庫はなかったです。

メトロが近い便利なホテル
メトロが近くアクセスが便利です。スタッフもとても愛想がよく居心地かったです。それと私が止まった部屋はバスタブがありお湯も最高でした。

こぎれいで過不足なくシンプル
部屋はパリらしくこぢんまりな広さ。しかし必要なものは最低限揃っている。ただしスリッパ有と記載あったが実際には無かった。 朝食も種類は少ないが美味。フレッシュジュースが嬉しい。コーヒーの味も◎ スタッフの対応も迅速で丁寧。周辺も美味しいレストランがあり観光にも便利。

従業員さんが親切
受付の方が皆さんとても親切でした。困ったことがあるといつも手助けしていただきました。立地条件もよく、パリ市内の観光地まですぐの場所にありました。フランスに行くときはまた同じホテルに宿泊したいと思いました。

かわいいプチホテル
オペラ座あたりから歩ける距離ではあますが15分くらいはかかるので真夏の暑い日はちょっとつらいかもしれません。ホテルの部屋にクーラーとミニ冷蔵庫がついていないので、それが気にならなければおすすめのホテルです。フロントも可愛いしパリっぽいホテルだと思いました。ホテルのスタッフの方は英語も通じるし、みなさん良い方でした。

リーズナブルでこじんまりとした許容範囲のホテルです
　3年ぶり2回目の滞在です。 　市内中心部に近くて地下鉄の駅もそばで便利です。周りにお店も多いです。近くのマルティール通りには、パティスリーのセバスチャンゴダール、アンリルルーもあります。 　設備は新しくないけど、清潔です。部屋の鍵が開けにくくコツがいります。

場所は便利、古いけれど清潔でスタッフも親切。 ただ古い分、ドアの立て付けが悪く、カギがなかなか開かない。 「押しながら廻すんだよ」と言われて何度も練習するがコツと握力が必要で、 最後まで自力で開けることができなかった。 そして（古い建物だとどれもそうなのか）、床が薄く、上階の足音が響いてうるさかった。

The hotel is in a perfect location for someone that wants to get around Paris. Just a 2 min walk from the metro. Only issue we had was that we were next to the lift that can be noisy when in operation however after the first night we didn’t even notice it.

The Staf is nice and polite, but the hotel is not a 4* and needs work. The bathroom is tiered, toilet bowl loose, used toiletries not replaced, no sleepers or robes, the floor creeks. Light switch also does not work, shower head half blocked by line scale. Mattresses need replacing or a topper. No way to adjust temperature - there was a control in my room, but that did not work. Breakfast was disappointing, no fresh fruit,

Oreillers très inconfortables et chambre pas insonorisée. Nous avons entendu la télévision de la chambre voisine pendant deux heures. Mon mari a ouvert la fenêtre de la salle de bain et la tringle à rideaux lui est tombée sur la tête. Pas de thé ni de café dans la chambre. Taches de moisissure dans la douche. Bref, malgré un accueil très gentil, on se croirait dans un deux étoiles. Nous ne reviendront pas.

An absolutely beautiful hotel which appears to be as much of a passion project as it is a business. I can’t recommend this place enough, and at this price I don’t imagine there is a better place to rest in comfort as you explore the city!

It was a pleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and the room was quite comfortable. I would rate high for their cleanliness. The building was pretty quiet as it is located on a smaller street. The view was beautiful with some European buildings. I enjoyed the stay.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The street was relatively quiet. The staff were great, we arrived early and they kept our luggage safe, provided clear directions around the neighborhood. There's a great cafe at the end of the street where you can sit and watch (and eavesdrop on) the world going buy.

it is relatively big room compare to other paris hotel in same grading. quiet room but have so many restaurants nearby. Feel safe, clean and convenient. Air-con is great, just no little fridge but they can fridge it at receiption. Reception is nice.

This is a great hotel, it is clean, the smell is extremely pleasant, and the customer service is outstanding. Their coffee is amazing my favorite is their cappuccino they are delicious!
