ただ寝るためのホテル
外観はそこそこのよくあるビジネスホテル、最近内装を新しくしたようだが、コート掛けなど狭く使いづらい。お湯を沸かすポットなどの用意も無く、プラスティックのコップは一番安い、まともに水を入れることができない粗悪品、石鹸も、お客様のことを全く考えていない感じを受けた。場所は良くてもリピートはないでしょう。

駅近重視なら。
6回目のパリだが、相対的に値段が高い。 4泊中エレベーターが2日止まっておりその度に6階まで階段で往復した。 部屋のクリーニングはボディソープとティッシュがなくなったにも関わらず帰ってきたら補充されておらずチェック漏れが多い。髪も浴槽についたままだった。 朝食はパン、シリアル、ヨーグルト、ハムとチーズといった最低限のもの。値段的には近くのカフェで食べることをおすすめする。 パリなので全体的にはそんなものだが、クオリティの相場感でいえばあと3000円〜5000円ほど安くても同じようなホテルがあるといえる。

パリからロンドンにいくユーロスターに乗るならこちら！
日帰りでパリ滞在中にロンドンに行きたいと思い、ユーロスターの駅に徒歩5分で行けるこちらへ宿泊しました。 この辺だと安くてもあまり綺麗じゃないホテルばかりなので、 清潔感もありオススメです。 スタッフの対応も良く 夜遅くまで駅の近くでご飯もお酒も楽しめます！ 歯ブラシなどはありません。

駅に近く、綺麗でした。
部屋は狭いですが、綺麗です。 駅に近いのですが、周辺にはホームレスやインド系の方と思われる人たちがが夜遅くまでいて女性だけでは少し怖い感じでした。それ以外はどこに行くにも便利でしたので、次回も滞在したいと思いました。

北駅から近いので予約しましたが，1から5階部屋があるうち，１から4階は改修中で閉鎖．5回の6部屋のみで営業．予約したランクの部屋とは明らかに違う低いランクの部屋で　交渉しても「満室」の一点張り．もちろん　割引もありません．誠意が全くない．決して　誰にも　すすめません．満室　を理由に，予約したランクとはと明らかにランクの落ちる部屋に泊まらすホテルをhotels.com　から　排除して下さい．

利便性最高
朝食16ユーロは若干高いと思いますが、近くにスーパーも、安く朝食をとれる店もあり、利便性は高く、交通の要衝にあることから、行動派の人にはお勧め。

When I checked in, I was given a room that smelled horrible. The bathroom smelled very sour and pungent like it was cleaned with a dirty rag. I never request to change rooms when I travel but I felt it was necessary this time. The room was also a lot smaller than expected with no soap or anything in the bathroom. Luckily the receptionist was able to help me switch rooms and it was much better. The new room was a little bigger and perfectly clean. I think the price of the room was a little higher than the value but I guess it was about average for the area.

Comfortable hotel very close to Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est. What we liked very much: hardly any noise in our room on the street side. friendly and helpful staf!

Small and cramped. Staff friendly and property clean, breakfast provided was exceptionally poor. Not as advertised in addition to building work being carried out this too was not advertised. Area is unsafe, dark and male dominated streets and cafe bars.

The renovation work in our breakfast room and on our facade which disrupted the breakfast service for a few days is now complete.We apologize for the inconvenience caused and we have made a refund corresponding to the amount of the breakfasts as compensation. We hope to soon have the pleasure of welcoming you again to enjoy our brand new buffet breakfast.

Overall it was good. It was close to both stations. Please note the room is quite small so you can’t really move around. You can also hear noises outside. The sensor lights in the lobby take forever to turn on. So yiu will be in the dark for a few mins. I didn’t like it. I felt like I was in a horror movie. Lastly, I’ve noticed I’ve been itching my legs and arms since I left the hotel. Check for bedbugs!!!

Cute hotel by main station.
Hotel was fantastic!! Loved the water cooler in the lobby. Beds were comfy and usb ports by the beds. Couple minutes walk to Gare du Nord train station. Bakery around the corner Maison Bayont is amazing!! If you want wine in your room, they do stop selling in that area after 5pm. Busy area with people trying to sell cigarettes on the corner but always felt safe even at night.

Loved having noise insulated room and not hearing the busy street noises. Neighborhood seems to be so so but the hotel felt very safe with 24h desk staff. Room was clean and bed very comfortable.

Highly recommended
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble from every single member of staff. Rooms were soundproof from the street and neighbouring rooms. Highly recommended.
