Comfortable hotel in great location

I stayed at this hotel twice. First time was last time. The front desk staff is very friendly. The room was very comfortable and clean. Hotel is situated in an ideal location, only a couple of minutes of Gambetta station. Next door there’s a very nice Brasserie that’s serves food, coffee and alcohol drinks. There’s many food options near by. The price was relatively affordable for the center of Paris. I recommend this hotel.

The staff was amazing, we showed up way before checkin and they still made us so welcome and helped us get settled in. In comparison to other Paris hotels I have stayed in, the room was larger than normal as was the bathroom! My teenage son, my husband and I stayed together quite comfortably!

Everything is very good, the only bad thing is that it doesn't have an elevator. You can climb quite a few stairs. But it's very comfortable and clean

Okay for one night.

The location was great and although the space in the room was small it was clean and had everything we needed (except perhaps a safe for valuables? The problem was it was just so noisy it was almost impossible to sleep. The bar/restaurant below our window was lovely until the small hours and even when that had closed I was kept awake by doors opening and closing outside my room and the sound of feet moving up and down the wooden-floored corridor. It was quite hot in the room too and there is no fan or a/c so you had to choose between more noise or more heat. This hotel would definitely benefit from soft closed doors and carpeted corridor and fans in the rooms. It cost nearly £200 for one night. I don't think it was worth it, but I guess these are Paris prices in Olympic season.

The bed was warm and comfortable, the room was clean and tidy, the bathroom very convenient. I'm glad I could open the window to freshen the air. The hotel is in a good location for walking to restaurants, shops and other special places, and also for transportation to other parts of Paris. The staff was friendly and helpful. My sons and I came to Paris to visit their uncles primarily and were happy to find this hotel within walking distance of their place.

Even my points are pretty low, the whole experience wqs pretty okay. Stepping into the hotel was a bit warning-small reception booth, a bit worn out interior, not very happy welcoming. Also the stairs were challenging. But the room itself and even the bathroom was very okay for such money. I happened to settle in the room which was toward the yard, so it was so quite at nighttime, even there was busy street. I picked the place because specific location, so actually I was pretty satisfied. No breakfast option available! Parking nearby is almost impossible, but there can be a spot in parallel street. And it is expensive!

Chambre simple mal isolée, vous entendrez vos voisins de chambre mais également les gens dans la rue. Il faisait froid dans la chambre. Bouilloire café et thé à disposition dans la chambre appréciable. Très bon accueil de la part du personnel. Propreté à revoir, cheveux dans les draps et table de nuit avec quelque chose de collant dessus !
