We did not have hot water during the 3 days of our stay. When we arrived to the apartment on our day 1 late in the afternoon, there was no hot water. We told the host and first we were told that we should leave the water run for 15 minutes so it can be heated, later that it was a central heater and that nothing could be done. Later we found the origin was a shortcut with the general electricity of the house and actually, the button of the water heater had a label and in the electricity switchboard was down (when we lift the button, there was a shortcircuit in the house). The issue was not solved and we had no hot water during the whole stay. 3 adults had cold water showers and the baby and another adult could not have a shower in all the three days. For the moment, we have not yet received a compensation that we hope we will get in due time since this is not what we paid for.
