The district offers an immediate proximity to shops and restaurants. The 10th arrondissement of the city of Paris is now a popular area on the Rive Droite, where many students share large and old Haussmann apartments, where theaters, cafes and restaurants are rarely empty. Occupying a strategic position between the Grands Boulevards overlooking Montmartre, Place de la République and beyond, Bastille and Belleville but also Stalingrad, the 10th arrondissement seems to be in the middle of everything.
