We are sorry to learn about your disappointment and that we could not make your stay more comfortable. I would like to assure you that this is an isolated case and are not indicative of our usual cleaning standards and that it is our main priority. Our service housekeeping clean the room and a professional deep cleaning is also done annually with specially for ants.
