  • House of charm in the heart of Paris 10ème 2 minutes walk from the Canal Saint Martin, on the side of the banks and the famous bridge that overlooks the North hotel is also close to the Place de la République. In this very fashionable district, pedestrian weekend, walks on foot or by bike are very pleasant and its typical small bars, restaurants and terraces at the edge of the popular water.

    Located in a small passage typical Parisian calm and sunny, the house is organized on 3 floors:
    - Ground floor with entrance, bike room, laundry, wc
    - The 1st floor with a large living room - dining room - kitchen, a king size bed room with bathroom, a bedroom with mezzanine and double bed, separate toilet
    - The 2nd floor under the roof with a double bed room and a very sunny office overlooking the terrace. All bedding is new with feather duvets.
    - The terrace (29 m2), facing south, flowery and planted with automatic watering, furniture for 6 people, parasol, a garden for breakfast and sunny lunches, dinner under the stars, and sofa naps at any time ...
