The apartment was spacious for 3 adults and 2 teenagers. The kitchen was well equipped. Our host met us and oriented us to everything. We loved the authenticity of the furnishings. Paris is a beautiful city. Thank you

Our family of 2 adults and 3 teens enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. The balcony overlooks a delicious boulangerie and we were near several small grocery stores and a delicious pizza/pasta restaurant. We loved hanging out at sidewalk cafes on Rue Mouffetard only a short walk away; the metro station is also less than a 10-minute walk. Our hostess was extremely gracious and accommodating with our late arrival and took the time to show us the features of the apartment, which was well-stocked with paper products and quite spacious. Highly recommended, especially for families with older kids.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, Agnes è sempre stata molto gentile e disponibile. Da migliorare la connessione internet, disponibile praticamente solo nella cucina/soggiorno.

Beautiful apartment in a very nice area of Paris. Comfortable rooms, bright, quiet building. Near lovely restaurants and shops and easy access to all the sights. Agnes was fabulous and even purchased a baby crib for our two year old. Wonderful stay for our family of five and our Au Pair. Thank you!

It was a wonderful place to stay for a family with 3 children, while exploring the city. There is a good bakery and restaurants around the corner, and the area is at the same time quiet and full of atmosphere. It’s just a short walk from the wonderful street Rue Mouffetard, one of the oldest and most lively streets in Paris with lots of small shops and great restaurants. It’s also close to the metro. We loved the apartment, it is full of books, art and music and we enjoyed having a lot of space in such a warm and personal home. We got a very friendly welcome from Agnes, and we felt us at home as we lived as a French family for a week.

Just an amazing space for a family to spend a break in, with a bakery on the door Step a great restaurant around the corner and a lovely welcome from Agnes we were all set in minutes. Location was a bonus, a bus outside the door to take you to the Louvre and a short work to the metro it was perfect. It was a luxury to have so much space on holiday, in such a warm and friendly home. If you do rent please commit to respecting and taking care of this lovely family home during your visit

Agnès was very welcoming! She spent a good bit of time going over every aspect about the apartment and the area. The apartment was perfect for my wife and I. Easy walking access to the quintessential Parisian dining experiences and a number of the sites. This place is worth the visit with an outstanding host.

Nous avons été accueillis par Agnès et Philippe de façon charmante, amicale. Tout état prêt pour nous mettre d'emblée à l'aise et même plus ; friandises, champagne, sapin de Noël etc...mais surtout dans un appartement très chaleureux et familial. Nous avons passé 3 jours en famille, "comme chez nous" ce qui était le but de notre séjour . L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter Paris . Quartier calme et central. Très parisien .Je n'ai qu'un souhait : y revenir ! merci Agnès, merci Philippe !

L’appartement est très confortable, spacieux, bien situé et avec une belle âme. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et disponibles. Une excellente boulangerie au pied de l’immeuble, une petite supérette et de quoi se faire thé et café à disposition! Une adresse à recommander sans hésitation!

We felt so welcomed by Agnès and Philip! The apartment was perfect for our group of 4. Easy access to public transportation, wonderful dining and so many sites to see. Shopping was fun! This is a place to visit again and again with wonderful hosts!
