Good value stay in Paris
A unique apart/hotel, literally on the doorstep of Moulin Rouge (some adult shops also very close by, much to the embarrassment of our teens) Well placed for the cafes and winding streets of Montmartre. We found this hotel extremely well positioned! Blanche metro on doorstep. The Hotel was clean and spacious for the price, no problems with the stay. Staff friendly, especially Fabio! If u have any questions he is more than happy to chat and advise.

We were here in November first time ever in paris, a little scared on what to expect but it was very comfortable and super clean, the staff was excellent, we want to give a big shoutout to Fabioo he was our guide on what to do and how to move around in metro and how to do the best of our time in paris, he became a friend since we got there thankk you fabio we won’t ever forget you, the rooms are little apartments its your little home it has everything you need the cleaning wass excellent every day they left it like you just arrived, outside there is adult stores and i took teens I didn’t feel uncomfortable because we walked fast and they didn’t bother to turn around so that was not even a problem, the bakerys near everything was just perfect, i am already dreaming on going back to pariss really soon and will totally stay same place!! Hot water runs out pretty quickly before it could be reboiled. The sofa bed doesn’t feel very clean. The front door is locked and there are no door bells on the ground floor. We can’t find people to help us even if we called their phone number.

Will definitely stay again! This was a last-minute booking close to family staying at another hotel which ended up being a gem of a place. The staff were on site and available to us around the clock…especially Fabio! We booked the family suite which was very roomy and comfortable (by Western standards which is 2x the space of a standard European hotel room). The hotel is conveniently situated near a metro station and lots of nearby cafes…including a 24 hour restaurant Le Chat Noir. The downside is that it is located on the main roadway of a red light district (near Moulin Rouge)…but the upside was that right around the corner were quiet streets with cute cafes and a walk away from Montmarte!! Highly recommend this place for your home away from home!

Fabio, he is the BEST Apart Hotel Host we have ever had!!! He made our stay in Paris just wonderful because he showed us where to go and what to do to maximize our trip!! Gave us the best restaurant suggestions as well, he was our best part of the trip, he is family now! We loved our room because it felt more of home to us. The cleaning staff was amazing as well because they came in everyday and left amazing. Everything about our stay here was perfect and made our stay in Paris even more special! The place is cute. Clean. Good walking distance to where I was going. La Cigale. But if you are in Paris to see the usual sights, tower, louvre, etc it’s quiet far. The staffs English was mediocre (but better then my French), and I was unable to communicate what I needed. To cancel the last night I was there. I’d stay there again to be near for the venue for one night.

Fantastic apartment a few doors down from the rouge, metro station at the door and plenty of places to eat and drink. Pando the staff member on the road was wonderful! So good with my children and spent lots of time chatting through what to do paris with my husband! He is a real asset to the business and a really all round nice guy! The apartment was clean and just the perfect place for one night for a family of 5

Fabio was an excellent host, welcoming us to our stay with the Apart’hotel! The area is super walkable to the Montmarte neighborhood (as long as you don’t mind a few hills) and the metro was just steps away. The suite we stayed in was huge, especially for Paris standards so we had a very comfortable stay with the 4 of us.

The apartment was brilliant - well designed, great shower, very quiet, spacious, good bed, nice bedding, kitchenette is perfect - everything was just really well designed and fit for purpose, close to three metro stations and the number 30 bus which took us to the Eiffel Tower - we would definitely stay there again. The only downside is the surrounding area - you are a short walk from Montmartre and the Sacre Coeur, you are two minutes from the Moulin Rouge, there are great restaurants and patisseries etc around but you are literally surrounded by sex shops and lap dancing/peep show bars. I think if you are traveling with kids of primary age I wouldn't want to stay there - or even if you are a bit prudish - you are surrounded by windows with every sex toy on display including an Eiffel Tower dildo. We found it funny - you might not.

Great spot
We were away for a girls long weekend in Paris. The location is great, but be aware you are staying right in the middle of the “risqué” district, so perhaps not the best location for families. Brilliantly located to explore Momartre and walk into the centre in around 15-20 minutes. Brilliant small restaurants and bars to be found nearby too. We one one issue with the shower in that the drain kept getting blocked but it was quickly fixed. There wasn’t a huge amount of storage for three people in one room, but we just went with it. The staff are wonderfully friendly and the beds are big and comfortable. Great little touch of giving us slippers and robes too.

Hotel was ok but not sure how this is a 4 star. Beds were not very comfortable. Very noisy, we were constantly woken up by the guests upstairs just shuffling their chairs. No amenities, there's a couple pots and pans and a handful of plates and cups, but the kitchen is missing a lot to be functional, and they don't even replenish the coffee. The shower keeps flooding the bathroom. The street is not the nicest but very convenient, near 3 different metros and close to Montmartre. The staff was nice.

It is very convenient to go to metro . However the hotel is more like Air B&B style. The area is def not for teens ! I thought it would be ok to stay with my teen girls in this neighborhood since I have reviewed lots of recommendations( said it is fine) in reality, I really don’t like it! There are couple of sex toys near by with big words! It made me uncomfortable and I needed to run fast to get into the hotel at night . Also there is no laundry service in the hotel , you need to go next street for laundry service . Therefore a little bit misleading of on the ad about laundry service which it was disappointed . The room was comfortable and spacious for 3 of us . It was very interesting to see the housekeeping open the windows for us in the morning ( I think it is their customs but no nets) . I guess it is important to have fresh air . Although we lived in 3 floors, facing the street , it was quite quiet at night .

Great value and worth trying
Overall, very happy. I’d give 4.5 out of 5 as only a few points to improve. Great points- excellent communication before arrival and all our requests were met. The room is a great size for the price and reasonable sound proofing considering it is next to the Moulin Rouge. The staff were friendly and design of the rooms was quirky and cool. Water pressure was excellent and kitchen was great- well equipped and very clean. Good mattress and lots of lovely pillows of various types (feather, foam etc.) Only negatives were: 1. showers were strangely designed so flooded the bathroom every time you showered- poor cleaning having to mop up every day! 2. The bed was very comfortable but the plastic fitted sheet made it sweaty. 3. Wooden floors mean any guests above moving chairs will make noise, sadly for us, the guests did this at 2am, but not the hotel’s fault. Only big issue for us is we found a loose nail in the floor which the cleaning team missed and we had a 1 year old wandering around. Mistakes happen, but could sadly have been worse if she had stepped on it. Reception did apologise. Overall, very good stay. Worth visiting.

Great Hotel and Neighbourhood
Apartment was impeccable; clean, with modern decor, and a well equipped kitchen. The location was exceptional, close to the Blanche metro station. The Montmartre area is filled with shops and restaurants. A special commendation to Fabio who helped orient us: how to use public transportation, where to visit, and where to find restaurants and grocery stores. Dragan and Leila were also very helpful. We stayed 7 nights and look forward to a return visit.

Not for families, but great for friends
If you are going with your family to Paris, this location, with all the adult shops around, may not be the place. However, if you want to stay in an eccentric place in Paris then you'll like it here. An overall clean, large apartment just steps from the Moulin Rouge. The receptionish Fabio was also great, providing overwhelming advice on what to see, and how to see it. Its not a hotel, it's an apartment with a great apartment vibe. Almost makes you feel like a local.

The stay was great. Rooms are nice and location is great. The hotel staff was very friendly and nice starting from the reception to housekeeping staff. If you happen to meet Fabio in the reception, your stay will be even nicer as he can recommend you best way to spend your vacation in Paris. Be you luxury apart’hotel was a lovely stay! The surrounding area had some really good things about it (lots of cafes, restaurants, patisseries, supermarkets etc), the moulin rouge, and heaps of public transport options. It also had a strip of “adult areas” which shops and clubs with adult only items/entertainment. That didn’t bother us as it was only a small portion of the area, and it didn’t feel unsafe at all. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, well equipped and had a fantastic air conditioner (AC). The front desk staff were lovely and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic stay!
Our family had a great time. This hotel is so close to the Metro and Bus which made our adventures easily accessible. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Layla our housekeeper remembered a small request and took it to our room the next day. Jordi @ reception was fantastic and super helpful with directions. FABIO IS THE MAN!!!!! This employee gave us great insight on activities to see, restaurants to visit, shows and how to understand and use the Metro which saved us so much money! Absolutely fantastic stay. 10/10 recommend.

We stayed here for a week in a perfect one bedroom unit. My teen slept on the foldout couch in the living room. The hotel is very new, clean and stylish. The rainhead shower felt wonderful. There was a small cafe table in our room that we sat at for breakfast each day, as well as dishes, a nespresso machine and an under counter fridge which is a good size. if you’re staying in Montmartre, the location is excellent! it is right across the street from a metro stop and it’s on the corner of Rue Lepic, a classic cobblestone street that leads into the heart of Montmartre all the way up to Sacre Coure. Everything you need - cafes, cheese, bread, shops, is right around the corner. The hotel’s street is a busy, colorful mix of commuters, fast food and neon sex shops. It felt safe even late at night, but I would avoid the little park that runs down the center of the road after dark. Finally, the staff, especially Fabio, are warm and wonderful! They went the extra mile to help with restaurants, questions, lost room keys and river cruise tickets. I would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our lovely and spacious room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only things we didn't like: - The "Italian shower" had no separation at all from the rest of the bathroom and was basically just a shower head right next to the toilet. There was no way to shower without the entire bathroom floor and surfaces getting wet. Wasn't a big deal but required wiping the room down with a towel after a shower if others want to use the loo afterward without getting their feet wet. - The neighborhood is nice overall and there are lovely restaurants/shops just around the corner. Beautiful tree covered walkway in the middle of the blvd. The subway is also conveniently just across the street. BUT we didn't realize this location is on a street filled with Sex Shops, Strip Clubs, etc. which was a bit awkward with young kids. Wouldn't have been a problem otherwise but might not be appropriate for all families.

Stayed at be your luxury hotel for 3 nights with my wife and 2 kids, place was great, good location in Paris, next to metro station, bus and Taxi’s, spacious, nice decoration, clean and small kitchen, easy check in, with really friendly and helpful staff, will definitely stay there again for our next Paris stop.

Thankful for a clean place to stay!
We loved it here!! It was clean and had many services that made us feel at home. The kitchenette was a godsend. Everything was clean and the service was good. The metro station was right outside and we were right next to Moulin Rouge! We were very happy!
