An Amazing 2-BDR in le Marais

Located on rue Vieille du Temple, in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris, in the heart of the Marais district, this 65m2 two-bedroom apartment is an exclusive rental, inviting you to stay as close as possible to the cultural activity of Paris.

On the ground floor, overlooking a quiet, light-filled courtyard, this apartment, with its exposed beams and clean lines, offers much-appreciated brightness for sharing long, convivial moments in the main room.

Comprising an elegant, fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with a comfortable sofa bed and a dining table, 6 people will be able to occupy this space and enjoy great comfort in a warm setting. The lounge area is very pleasant, and offers a lovely dining area under a veranda.

The two separate bedrooms have a unique, elegant design and feature flat-screen TVs, king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms.

À notre arrivée on a constaté que la porte extérieure ne fermait pas et que dans la cuisine il y avait un bruit permanent de l'extracteur impossible à éteindre ( formidable pour dormir). Nous avons téléphoné immédiatement et la personne avec qui nous avons parlé, dans un français difficile parfois à comprendre nous a dit qu'elle passait l'info à ses collègues. On attend ENCORE une réponse. Personne nous a contacté, et si on sortait on laissait l'appart ouvert. Simplement avec des instructions à l'intérieur qui expliquent le mode d'emploi de la serrure seraient faciles. Grâce à une voisine qui nous a expliqué nous avons pu sortir en fermant la porte. Elle nous a dit que tous les clients ont des problèmes avec la serrure. C'est la dernière fois que je loue avec Abritel.

gite trés bien placé et sympa dommage qu'il manque le minimum pour accueillir café sucre (un minimum logiquement conseillé) réglement plutot strict

Ménage pas fait avant notre arrivée correctement mais drap propre serviettes de toilette a disposition L'essentiel est prévu pour cuisiner Appartement au calme plutôt agréable

Having no lighting in a dining space for a family of 6 is pretty poor. Hot water running out for a family of 6 is poor. Parking was awful. Best suited for back packers
