A Stunning 3BR/3BA in the Marais

Enjoy this beautiful 100sqm 3-BR/3BA (2wc) apartment, ideally located in a fancy building on rue Saint Martin, in Le Marais

This apartment benefits from an exclusive location and invites you to stay as close as possible to the cultural activities of Paris.

On the first floor without elevator, the apartment can welcome up to 8 people and has the luxury and charm ideal for an exceptional stay with friends or family.

Designed by an interior architect, the space of this apartment offers modernity, luxury and conviviality. The open, fully equipped kitchen opens onto a large living room with a sofa bed for two and a nice dining area with a table that can accommodate up to 6 people.

Every bedroom has a queen size bed. Two bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom.

The apartment has a smart TV in the living room, we have 4G internet box before installing optical fiber next month.

For maximum comfort, this apartment has hotel-quality bedding, linens and towels, a washer / dryer, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave , a Nespresso coffee machine and welcome products.

The door is equipped with a connected code system, no key required.

Great spot near everything
Newly renovated with lovely decor and spacious rooms! Be sure to accept the private driver service for pickup at the airport and travel to the location. Very helpful also with the check-in process. No bad news with this great location and lovely attired space.

We enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint was the hot water was very limited for a group of five otherwise the apartment was great. The management staff was easy to reach and allowed us a very early check in which was very nice and much appreciated.

Great location. Clean and communication was good. It took about 45 minutes once we found the flat to actually get in. Directions were not 100 percent accurate. All said, a great stay and I would recommend this flat! Thank you.

The place was lovely and convenient. We didn't find a lot to do in the immediate area, but close enough to the metro and walkable to other places. The beds were great; only one bedroom one has an en-suite toilet and the other toilet was in the hall.

Lovely apartment in great location!
Our family of 5, including 3 adult children, had a wonderful stay in this excellent apartment. Plenty of space for all of us and lovely beds. Very clean and had everything we needed. Great location, walking distance to many attractions and an easy metro ride to things further away. Grocery shop across the road. Would highly recommend and would stay there again.

Lovely 3 bedroom in a Convenient Location
The unit was sizable by Paris standards, super clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable with nice linens! It was convenient to a metro, restaurants, and sites. Great bakeries nearby-always a must for my husband.

Pleasant, comfortable, clean and cozy. I love how the property fully equipped with fridge, cooking facilities, washing machine and TV. There are a few cafes, a grocery shop, and bakeries nearby. There are two subways is within walking distance. There were some noise from the lane next to the property at night, but it won’t deter me from wanting to stay in the property again.

Girls getaway in Paris!
We truly enjoyed staying at this apartment during our visit to Paris. This apartment is very spacious, extremely clean and exactly what we needed. We were three moms with our three 18 daughters traveling for a girls weekend. Merci Beaucoup!

Lovely apartment
Stayed with our teenagers, lots of space and amenities. Great cafes nearby and can walk to the Louvre area. Good/easy communication with rental agent. Note that the apartment is on the 1st floor, we didn't realize that there's actually a floor 0 on the ground level, so a helpful neighbor showed us to the stairs.

Loved the Marais and the apartment
We loved the apartment and the location. Our hosts were generally very responsive(while we were there), and we completely enjoyed our one weeks stay. I have some relatively negative thoughts about our departure – we left some things behind that we tried to have sent to our subsequent destination, and the staff was not sufficiently responsive. I imagine that no one really cares to talk to me about this, but I would love to hear from a real person who might shed some light on why the staff response was so underwhelming.

Great Paris visit!
Wonderful property in an ideal part of Paris. Easy to get anywhere in the city from there and the accommodations were fantastic. Really good communications with the owner and staff. We'll certainly be back again!

There were five of us so the apartment was a perfect fit. Easy walking to many sites, loads of shopping, LOTS of cafes and small restaurants. (Make reservations for the good restaurants ahead of time). Would stay again.

Super Aufenthalt in Paris
Wir waren eine Familie mit 3 Kindern (10/12/14) für 1 Woche i n Paris. Die Agentur (Pick A Flat Lamia/Natacha/Eunice) waren sehr kommunikativ und hilfreich. Der Fahr-Service vom Bahnhof zur Wohnung und zurück war ebenfalls perfekt. Wir konnten bereits am Mittag unsere Koffer in der Wohnung deponieren, was sehr komfortabel war. Einmal hat das Zahlenschloss nicht funktioniert, dabei hatten wir (obwohl an einem Sonntag) sofort tel. Hilfe und wir konnten mit Hilfe eines Notschlüssels trotzdem problemlos in die Wohnung. Wohnung ist super ausgestattet mit extrem viel Geschirr, Besteck etc und alles in sehr gutem Zustand. Platzmässig für 5-6 Personen top, für mehr Personen sicher etwas eng.

Fantastic Place!
The apartment was very nice and large enough for 6 adults. Linens were 5-star, beds were comfortable and showers were great. We enjoyed the location - plenty of restaurants / bars within a block or two (a few right down stairs). Grocery store across the street. We walked to attractions within about a mile (louvre and biter dame), took the subway to further ones. Very easy to get around. Hope to be back!!

Nice apartment in a great location!
While you will probably still need to take public transport to get to all the main touristic spots, it is centrally located and the surroundings offer more than enough restaurants and bars. Only thing to keep in mind is there's a lot of stairs (both in and outside the apartment). The apartment itself is very pretty though and everything worked (internet, tv, kitchen, bathrooms, etc.). Would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful space, comfortable beds and strong shower pressure just around the corner from the Metro. Excellent location straddling the 2ème and 3ème. Property manager accessible and responsive. A pleasurable experience!
