Located in the bustling 11th district of Paris, in the quiet Richard Lenoir street, this 50sqm apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and benefits of all the equipments needed to enjoy a perfect stay.

On the second floor - without elevator - of a typical parisian building, this luminous 1 bedroom with modern furnitures, oversized windows and trendy design puts you straight into a cosy nest.

A fully equipped open kitchen has everything you need for in-house dining while the comfortable living room with an extra sofa bed, offers all the comfort for a family or a group of friends.
The separate quiet bedroom with en-suite bathroom and separate toilets, has a double bed, can accommodate two people and offer the privacy sought by travellers.

This apartment benefits of top quality beddings, linens & towels, high-speed wifi, smart Tvs, Nespresso machine, washer/dryer and welcoming bath products.

Insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen mit Gebrauchsspuren. Leider lief eine Maus durchs Wohnzimmer! Meine Freundin wäre sofort ins Hotel gezogen! Wir haben die Maus getötet! Das Badezimmer hat sehr schlecht gerochen, wahrscheinlich aus dem Siphon. Der Schrank im Schlafzimmer war nicht zu benutzen, da die Schiebetüren ausgehängt waren! Die äußere Eingangstüre war aufgebrochen, sowie die Briefkästen auch! Die Lage ist gut, aber für den Preis würde ich viel mehr erwarten! Insgesamt nicht empfehlenswert bis renoviert wird!

Das Apartment liegt günstig in einer netten Umgebung. Positiv war außerdem, dass alles, was man so braucht ( Geschirrspültabs, Kaffeepads, Spüli, viele Handtücher) vorhanden waren. Die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer ist etwas unbequem, und die Formulare im Vorwege hätten in Englisch verfasst sein können. Ansonsten ist das Apartment sehr empfehlenswert.

We had four adults for a four day stay. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. It’s a short walk to the Metro and walking distance to great restaurants and market areas. There may be a learning curve for using the washing machine. We downloaded the users manual which helped. There is a laundromat on the same street if you prefer to use a clothes dryer. We would stay here again.

Dans les points positifs : équipement général, commerces et restaurants à proximité, bonne literie, fourniture serviettes, gel douche et savon, capsules de café, produits entretien vaisselle et machine à laver. Très calme pour Paris Le moins bon : on sent par rapport aux photos que l'appartement a du vécu. Etat des peintures dans certaines pièces, double rideaux tâchés, fauteuils avec des auréoles... La propreté : comme dans la plupart des locations, le plus gros est fait entre chaque occupant mais il ne faut pas regarder dans le détail (intérieur du four graisseux, tasse sale avec du café laissée dans le micro-ondes par les précédent touristes, troupeau de moutons sous le lit( et oui je regarde toujours avant de partir pour voir si je n'ai rien oublié), ampoule grillée dans une lampe...etc Le point le plus négatif : la machine à laver était défectueuse. Nous nous en somme rendus compte après une première tentative de lavage. En fin de programme, le linge était plein de lessive et trempé. Nous avons informé la plateforme de Pick a Flat vers 10h30. Il nous a été répondu que le nécessaire serait fait dans la journée (Réparation de la machine ou entretien de notre linge) et que nous aurions un message de confirmation dans la journée. Au final après relance à 18h, on nous a répondu qu'il n'avait rien pu faire et qu'un geste commercial de 50€ nous serait crédité. A nous de nous débrouiller à 19h le soir pour trouver une laverie et laver notre linge qui avait macéré dans le tambour de la machine toute la journée. Vraiment pas professionnel mais en même temps je présentais la chose.....

Bright and spacious apartment, in a very nice location, nicely appointed. Too bad there was no user Manuel to explain how to use the appliances and the tv. And the washer/dryer never worked properly.
