"Bed was very comfortable, shower large and very good, room quiet. Dinner was good considering it was a tourist hotel. Breakfast buffet large with many choices. Don’t go for the scrambled eggs they look like powdered eggs. Have them make fresh eggs. Bar staff mixed reviews, some helpful and pleasant others very stiff And unhelpful."

"Unfortunately, my stay did not meet expectations. Upon arrival, I noticed cleanliness issues in the room, including hair on the bathroom frame and pillow, as well as the sink and toilet being in an unsatisfactory condition. The toilet seat and toilet roll holder were also broken, and the shower lacked a curtain with the shower head holder damaged, which made using the shower inconvenient throughout my stay. Housekeeping service was also disappointing, as my room was not cleaned the following morning and I had to request fresh towels, one of which appeared unclean. In addition, reception service was quite slow, with myself and another guest waiting around 15 minutes before anyone attended the desk. The hotel overall feels dated and would benefit from significant refurbishment. I also overheard another guest mention that their room was extremely hot and uncomfortable. Considering the condition of the facilities and service provided, I do not feel the price reflected good value for money. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again."

"Our stay was a nightmare from start to finish. At check-in, the staff member King was rude and dismissive and didn’t even confirm our room was ready. Things got far worse from there. Our room flooded with water of unknown origin — the carpet was soaked and the room smelled awful. Alim never figured out where the water came from. Instead of fixing it, he moved us to a worse room on the 7th floor, right next to active construction. There was construction noise Thursday afternoon, Friday morning, and very early Saturday, so we got zero rest. On top of that, two false fire alarms went off Friday at 6 a.m. and took 6–8 minutes to silence. The flooding damaged several of our belongings — a backpack, two bras, shoes, a book, and a pair of Beats headphones. No laundry service or any solution was offered. We were also denied access to the manager all weekend, and the staff refused to give us a supervisor email to escalate. We ended up cutting our trip short and finding another hotel. Deeply disappointing. If you value rest, cleanliness, and basic customer service, stay somewhere else."
