「Everyone one was proactive」

「Booked for a week, left within 24hrs, others were also doing the same whilst we were checking out, all with hygiene, health & safety and noise complaints. Room initially looked big, floor clean & just dated, had no crockery pans etc to cook with but someone did bring to room couple hours later. Then found creatures in the bed, which made us pull sheets off & found disgustingly stained mattresses, pillows stained, someone let themselves in room whilst we were in bed at night, balcony was filthy,...

「Good location, great host, only thing is that the bed is quite hard, didnt have a good sleep, plus the towels smelt really damp and could smell it on my skin afterwards so had to shower again and use my beach towel. Other than that great room 」

「Had a very relaxing time. Clean everywhere, nice and helpful staff. Easy access to the beach . Buffet breakfast was excellent and yummy 😋 especially the grilled halloumi. We had lunch at the beach restaurant couple of times that was very good and convenient.」

「The spa was lovely and very reasonably priced, had the wellness massage and Egyptian foot, wellness was more intense than expected and the foot massage was perfect… room was great tv didn’t work in the living room but we didn’t need it as there was one in the bedroom… property more suited for only sunshine as it rained when we were there there was not much of a covered area to relax in only the reception bar and our room everything else the rain got you … slippery floors on entry to dining hall...
