Welcome to your perfect Costa Rica getaway! This charming newly built ground floor condominium is located in Tambor, Playa Pochote, in the gated community of Los Delfines Golf and Country Club.
The property features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate 4 guests. The fully-equipped kitchen comes complete with an oven, stovetop and microwave. A coffee maker, kettle, dishes and utensils are all supplied making it easy to whip up your favorite meals. Enjoy your meals at the peninsula in the kitchen or take them outside to the lovely backyard, complete with umbrellas to keep you protected from the sun, or hang out in the lounge chairs listening to the macaw's and howler monkeys.
The living room has a 52 inch flatscreen TV while the main bedroom has a 32 inch flatscreen for those mornings where you don't want to roll out of bed early. Both bedrooms have individual air conditioning units as well as ceiling fans. There is an air conditioning unit in the living area as well. Wifi is included.
There is a pool accessible to all guests but there's also a beautiful private beach within walking distance. Note: this is a secluded community.
A local market sets up in the complex on the weekends with fresh fruit and vegetables.
Sight seeing opportunities and other things to do: Tortuga Island (booked through a local tour company), Curu Nature Reserve, Montezuma (quaint little town with cute restaurants and souvenirs), Horseback riding, ziplining is close too!

Golf cart is available for rent for an additional fee to get yourself around the community if available. (the golf course requires you to use their own rentals). 24/7 security personnel posted throughout the community.
