An absolutely wonderful holiday - such attentive - without being overbearing - staff, beautiful rooms (we had a duplex) and facilities. Perfect pools for our boys aged 8 & 12. Kids club child centred snd not like an over organised summer camp, all food very high quality. The spa was lovely. Honestly cannot think of any criticism.

Very impressed with this hotel. Everything was clean and spot on. The staff were excellent and always at hand to help. My daughter wasn’t well and the next morning at breakfast she was asked by so many staff how she was feeling.

Excellent property with great hospitality. The staff are super helpful and friendly, great food choices in the hotel and drinks too with some nice areas to sit and relax. Highly recommend if youre okay with 20 degrees Celsius temperature as thats the min the air-conditioning will go before thermostat comes into play and it goes fan only mode. 20 degrees is too warm for us so that was a let down but everything else about the hotel is spectacular including the location and cannot recommend the service enough.

Absolutely amazing stay – we only wish we had longer! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. A special mention has to go to Fontana’s on front of house, who was absolutely amazing — so welcoming, helpful and a real credit to the property. The property itself is beautiful, with so much attention to detail, and every member of staff we met was genuinely lovely and made us feel so well looked after. I’ve been lucky enough to stay in some incredible places around the world, and I have to say this was right up there with the very best. It ticked every single box — the setting, the service, the atmosphere, everything. We would 100% return and honestly just wish we could have stayed longer. A truly amazing experience and one we won’t forget. Thank you to the whole team!

We had a lovely stay here. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The food was to a very high standard. The Hotel is luxurious. The only criticism I would make is that kids are allowed in the spa area between 10am and 6pm. The jacuzzi is full of kids and babies, and kids are even in the sauna. The time slot for kids should be less, and at times when it’s reasonable for adults to want to enjoy the spa in peace.

The room was as per our request which was near the lift as I am disabled. In addition the room was spotless with a walk in shower. Balcony was corner on the side with sea view. The staff were helpful and polite. I try and stay a few days at the Elysium every time I am in Cyprus.
