繁華街から近く、隣にスーパーがあり非常に便利

ホテルはきれいで、便利な場所にあり滞在するのには非常にいい場所です。しかしながら、スタッフの対応には驚かされました。帰りのピックアップが４：５０という早い時間であったのですが、前日には４：５０分にフロントへ来るように言われました。翌日、母の体調が優れず時間ぎりぎりになってしまったのですが、（遅れた訳ではありません。）チェックアウトも４：５２と２分過ぎてしまった程度なのですが、受付の女性スタッフは時間が遅いと起こっており、こんな日本人は初めてだと一方的に文句を言っていました。これに、対抗していてはピックアップに迷惑がかかるので反抗しませんでしたが、とんでもない対応をされました。最後の最後でとても不愉快な思いをさせられたホテルでした。

ビジネスホテルのようでした

離島のホテルよりランクは下がるので、過度な期待はしていなかったのですが、今まで泊まったことのないホテルでした。窓に鍵がなく、バルコニーは隣室との間に壁もなく、部屋ではwifiも繋がらず、廊下に出ると、電気は消されているので真っ暗。ホテルに居たくなくて、すぐに街に出ました。次回はないです。

GSのコンビニにアルコールはありません

ボラボラ島からの帰国前に2泊しました。きれいなホテルでスタッフもとても親切でした。モーレア島行きフェリーの時刻表ももらえますし、空港までの早朝タクシーもチェックイン時に頼めば予約してくれます。スタンダードルームでしたが十分な広さで、スーツケース2個を広げても余裕がありました。シャワーのみですが水圧が非常に強く快適でした。気になった点は、ロビーや階段がかなり薄暗くて歩きにくいことです。隣のガソリンスタンドのコンビニにはアルコール類はありませんでしたので、ご注意ください。カルフールで購入できますが、5/5など現地祝日はアルコールを売ってもらえないのでこちらも要注意です。が、タヒチ（ファアア国際）空港出国後の免税店で朝5時からヒナノビールもランギロア島産のワインもタバコもコスメもお土産も買えるのでご安心を♪

お勧め出来るHotelではありません

帰国便が早朝な為、街やルロットに近く隣りにコンビニが有る便利なHotelで利用しましたしかし部屋にセキュリティボックスが無かったりスコール時に貸し出す傘も無い。又隣りから侵入出来る程近いベランダなのに鍵が壊れていて木の棒で止めてありました。通常なら部屋替えを希望する所だが2泊だけだ、期待はしないと諦めました

部屋が清潔です。

部屋は清潔で快適です。キッチン、バスタブ付きの部屋に２泊。帰国前にスタンダードルーム、キッチンなし、バスタブなし、シャワーブースのみ、小さい冷蔵庫付きの部屋に泊まりました。スタンダードルームも清潔で広めの部屋です。なのでスタンダードルームで充分だと思います。隣がガソリンスタンドなので、コンビニがあります。ルロットにも徒歩圏内。とても便利なホテルです。欠点は、道路のの部屋は、朝早くから車の音がうるさいです。エレベーター付近以外は電気が消えていて真っ暗です。朝食が高いです。あまり、おすすめしません。

清潔なホテルです。

部屋も清潔で居心地良かったです。各階、エレベーター付近以外は電気が付いてないので、夜は真っ暗。部屋が道路側だったので、朝早くから車の音がうるさいです。夜は、６時にはお店が閉まるところが多いので、車の数も少なくなります。今回、ポールゴーギャンクルーズ利用の為、クルーズ前に２泊は広めの部屋、クルーズ後の一泊はスタンダードの部屋にしましたが、どちらも、冷蔵庫があり、水圧も良く快適に過ごせました。広めのお部屋の方はキッチンも付いていましたが、特別必要ではないので、スタンダードルームで充分でした。

街中近くに有るホテル

日本語の使えるスタッフはほとんどいないけど、日本人客に慣れているのか、英語も片言もあぶない私達に分かるように優しく説明をしてくれます。朝３時のモーニングコールもテープでなく、直接掛けてくれました。部屋はキッチン付きを選びましたが、食器が有ればなお良かったかも。隣のガソリンスタンドは、コンビニの様に買い物出来ます。長いフランスパンは、オススメです。

お得で快適なデザイナーズホテル

パペーテ市内にあるホテル。デザイナーズホテルのようであり、シンプルなデザインですが、極めて快適に過ごせるホテルです。部屋は広く、スタンダードでも広々。グループでなら２ベッドルームのエグゼクティブスイートがお得。３名で泊まれば1人あたりの料金はツインルームとほぼ同じ。４名ならばさらにお得。キッチン付なので近くのコンビニで購入した食材で手軽な朝食も可能です。日本行の便が早朝なので、タヒチ最後の晩はパペーテ泊です。最後の晩餐を名物屋台（ルロット）でと言う方にも、徒歩５分の至近距離。ボラボラ、モーレア島の豪華リゾートに宿泊された方でも満足のいくシティホテルです。

利便性抜群

広々として清潔で使いやすかったです。空港に近いホテルという利便性で選んだので周りのロケーションはよくありませんでしたが利便性はとてもよかったです。

パペーテ中心部に歩いて出やすいシティホテル

翌朝7時の飛行機に泊まるだけなら充分過ぎるホテルです。パペーテ市街の中心部にも歩いて15分くらい、すぐ横のガソリンスタンドに祝日も空いているコンビニがあり、便利な立地です。空港からはタクシーで20分くらいで、2500-3000XPFでした。フロントに言っておくと朝5時にタクシー呼んでくれました。部屋も綺麗で、簡単な料理ができるのですが、風呂の湯温がかなり低く、寒かったです。

１泊なら便利なホテル

部屋は快適でエアコンも効いています。街中なので眺めは望めませんが、隣にガソリンスタンド併設のスーパーがあり、港のルロットにも歩いて行けるので、離島への前泊か、帰国時の前泊には便利だと思います。ちょっときれいなビジネスホテルと考えれば問題ありません。

街散策するのに立地がいいです。フェリー乗り場も近い。すぐ隣にコンビニあり。部屋は綺麗。目の前が民家(アパート)で少しきまづい。

街に近く、隣のガソリンスタンドの売店で食品や日用品などを買えて便利でした。部屋は窓を閉めればエアコンの音がうるさい、開ければ外の音がうるさい。床の白い大理石にはひびが入っている、引き出しが壊れているなど、あちこちに破損箇所もあり。館内電話がないのでフロントに用のあるときはいちいち出向かなければなりませんでした。その他、ルームサービス、時計、ツアーデスク、モーニングコール、電話帳など、ふつうのホテルにはあるサービスやものはありません。１−２泊なら苦にならないと思いますが。

快適でした

ホテルのすぐ隣がガソリンスタンドでそこにコンビニがついていたので毎日必要な時に食料品などの調達ができました。部屋もきれいで快適でした。部屋に寄って置いてある調理器具が違ったので合わせて全部あるといいと思いました。

小奇麗で何かと便利なホテルです。

４月４日（木）にボラボラ島から東京に帰る途中に一泊しました。空港から１０分余りで昼間料金で２１００PF＋荷物代でした。ホテルの近くにガソリンスタンドに併設されたコンビニがあり、港・買い物・屋台に便利な所です。宿泊したスタンダードルームには、冷蔵庫（アルコール等飲物有り）バルコニー（１５㎡位）があり快適でした。バスタブ・セフティーボックスが有りませんでした。翌朝４時半にチェクアウトしましたが、エレベーターホールまでの廊下は暗く荷物の運搬は気を付ける必要があります。タクシー運賃は夜間で２８００ＰＦ＋荷物代です、たまたまタヒチに２人しかいない日本人タクシードライバーの１人と空港へ行きました。

1泊なら　おすすめ

町の中央部で市営市場や　ダウンタウンに近く、お買い物や食事には便利。出発時間の都合で前泊するならお勧め。ただし　店は夕方５時には閉店。その後はシャッターが下りて人もまばらになる。　ホテルはパペーテ空港から　タクシーで　１０分ほど。部屋は広く、モダンで清潔。やや照明が暗すぎ。フロントの女性も親切で　隣にコンビニがあるのもありがたい。

Buen espacio en la suite. Camas confortables. Personal amable. Parqueadero gratuito. Buena comida al restaurante. La iluminación en los baños es pésima, más que todo cuando una mujer debe maquillarse. Se espera que haya pronto las autorizaciones de las autoridades para hacer los trabajos de mantenimiento que sont necesarios para dar de nuevo el aspecto bonito que tenia este hotel hace tiempo atrás.

Edificio, balcones, plantas : falta de mantenimiento. Los baños del lobby no huelen bien, son sombríos, el entorno de los lavamanos se despostillan. El servicio al restaurante es excelente, las meseras muy amables y atentas. Buena cocina, y postres originales. La suite familiar es limpia, muy amplia, bien climatizada. Las camas son confortables.

We were seeking a short term stay less than 12 hours as we had a layover and early AM. We had a street facing room on Floor 2 that had a lot of street car noise. On the other hand, restaurant on Lobby floor was nice and easy for a meal late evening!

Great hotel - not a 5 star luxury resort

This was a one night stay at the end of our trip in the French Polynesia. The hotel itself is very modern, great building, the elevator is a little loud (in a I'm-brand-new-and-being-used-for-the-first-time kind of way). They have smoking and non-smoking rooms available (HOT TIP: the smoking rooms basically just include a balcony, so if you want a balcony choose a smoking room). They have a restaurant in the hotel, but when we asked the concierge about food options she recommended that we still go out to nearby options (I like honesty). We had an issue with our first room, and they initially gave us a room with 2 double beds and we had requested a queen bed. Front desk sorted everything out for us and was very nice and friendly about it. Hotel has a free parking garage and free wifi in the lobby. Now I will move to the "negatives" which I stress are most likely due to our previous luxury stay. When we pulled up to the hotel in the car, there was no one to greet us or direct us to the garage. No one to offer to take bags or help unload the car. It was raining, but no umbrellas were offered. I believe this is a hotel that sees more business travelers. If you are coming for a romantic holiday and are ending your stay in Papeete, I don't recommend. If you are starting your vacation here then I highly recommend, it's a great hotel in a great location. Your expectations will still not be too high and I think this where we got a little disappointed with our stay.

Good stopover hotel

This was our stopover hotel. We stayed going and returning and our room on the return was like an apartment. Very nice and we enjoyed it. The area is not so great but for one night it is fine. Le Velvet is the house restaurant and it is excellent. We ate there three times!

It gets the job done but is too expensive.

The hotel was continently located but is way too expensive for what they offer. The breakfast is 40 usd per person. They also take advantage of the exchange rate. The pool was empty. This was not expressed anywhere. The AC in the room couldn't keep up during the day. The shower didn't have a curtain and water would end up going everywhere.

Nice hotel close to port

We stayed there as a rest stop for our cruise. We only stayed about 4 hours and had to pay the full night's rate because they don't offer a day rate. In fact none of the other hotels would do a day rate only. It was quiet and we got the rest we needed coming off an overnight flight

Bring your flash lights & seeing eye dog.

So dark that is is impossible to even use the bathroom mirror. Even the hallways are dangerous with such low lighting The floors are super slippery shiny tile - not good for the bathroom. The kitchen looks good but two forks, two spoons and that is about it! The staff is indifferent and not helpful. I would say the owners have never stepped into the hotel! The location is good but they really need to learn customer service. I recommend finding a hotel a little out of town and take a taxi.

Cet hôtel n'a d’intérêt que si vous tenez à rester au centre-ville. La piscine n'est pas utilisable. La direction de cet hôtel ne fait pas preuve d’empathie ce qui est assez étonnant au vue de la gentillesse générale que nous avons apprécié à Tahiti. Nous avons décidé de changer d’hôtel et pour un tarif similaire nous avons eu une expérience vraiment différente.

Solo por la noche antes de tomar ferry a Moorea

Carisimo para lo que es. Si bien tiene un look moderno, las habitaciones son pequenas y el bano tambien. Wifi solo en la recepcion. El sector donde esta ubicado es horrible, feo. El desayuno es bastante simple y carisimo (30 euros por persona). El hotel no vale el precio que cobra

Convenient but delapidated

Hotel is run down and in need of upgrading. Rooms were ok but facilities poor. The swimming pool had tiles peeling off and the water was murky with things floating in it. The breakfast is vastly overpriced - US$42 for an "American breakfast"!!!! On the positive side - easy walking distance to the marina and food trucks, staff friendly and helpful.

Nice downtown hotel

We arrived very late at night and were very cordially greeted by the receptionist. Room was clean and spacious. Free wifi, but only in the lobby area.No problems arranging transportation and tour packages. Hotel is in walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the ferry. Would stay there again. Also has excellent restaurant in hotel with service 7 days serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

It was a good hotel for Papeete but as there is not much to do in Papeete it is not worth of spending almost 200USD per night for staying there
