「We were warmly greeted by a young female member of staff.. helped us get luggage to the room. Nothing like a smile from people to make a great first impression. Room was good.

「The property can do with a refresh along with the installation of a mechanism to help keep things like the power and internet connection up during the consistent power dips. near impossible to be in any kind of online meeting if it takes 10 minutes plus for the internet to come back after a dip.
The team at the hotel are friendly but getting any kind of order to the room takes an inordinate amount of time, in my case 1,5 hours to then still have it be incorrect.
