Situated in the heart of Panama City, 2 bedroom apt, with huge private balcony, aircon in lounge and both bedrooms, secure car space and pool on the same level.

Located in a small quiet street that is between two major thoroughfares (Calle 50 and Via Espana).
The street has various restaurants, and a 24hr large supermarket is not too far by walk.

Our first trip to Panama
We stayed here at Vern’s apartment march 21-29 .. we had an amazing stay the size of the apartment was amazing we loved the wrap around patio which we used often,everything we need was very close but we had friends pick us up daily to take us places we really didn’t have much communication with the owner but we knew if we needed anything there were staff on the main floor to help we used the pool which is literally 30 feet from the apartment door that was super nice . It was great having 2 bathrooms so when we had friends over we didn’t need to share , bedrooms and a great size as was the kitchen and living area overall it was a great stay in Panama City thank you Vern and staff if we are back in Panama we would use this apartment for sure if available

The property is very nice but will need maintenance soon .. sofa surface is cracked, sink in bathroom leaking, couldn’t get main TV to work and no hot water in kitchen sink . Also only 5 bath towels ( full of holes) for appt that can house 4 people. But nicely located and on same floor as pool👍😊

Keine Kommunikation. Absage des Besitzers weniger Stunden vor Anreise.
Es gab keinen Aufenthalt. Besitzer hat weniger Stunden vor Check in den Aufenthalt wegen angeblicher Doppelbuchung abgesagt. 3 Wochen vorab auf keinerlei Nachrichten reagiert. Zu der Wohnung selber kann ich nichts sagen. Aber wenn man sicher eine Unterkunft zu seinem Aufenthalt haben möchte, lieber die Finger davon lassen.

Great & as described
We enjoyed our trip to Panama, and in no small part due to a great stay at Vern's apartment, located in the heart of business center, yet on a quieter street. Being close to multiple hotels was a major consideration: if you want to do any group tours (and some tours are only available as a group), pick-up from a "downtown" hotel is a non-issue, whereas pick-up from the Old Town or further afield is problematic. Getting an Uber to those other destinations (Casco Viejo, Ancon, etc) was also not a problem at all, even extremely early in the morning to go back to the airport. Communications with both Vern and Sonia were excellent, prompt and clear. My own two minor suggestions for the property would be as follows: 1. Provide blinds or similar for the kitchen window. The view is great, no doubt, but it also gets hot in the morning. The ACs work really well throughout the apartment, but perhaps, they wouldn't need to work so hard:) 2. Please provide pool towels. We enjoyed the pool on a few days (mostly, all to ourselves), but had to use bath towels (sorry!). Overall, we had a great stay, and if we're ever back, we'd definitely try to book this property again. Thanks, Vern!

Great stay
This place is in a great location handy to good restaurants and shopping. We received unbelievable help by Sonya and she speaks numerous languages and English extremely well, and helped us translate and find things that we required.

This is a spacious, comfortable apartment. It is not near the center of the city and is quiet. Never met the host, but he responded to messages eventually.

Terrific Location
My husband and I stayed here for a month. We enjoyed the ability to go to the market and use the kitchen to cook. The outside patio was a delightful treat. This is a great location, close to restaurants, metro, supermarkets. We also enjoyed taking walks to Uracca Park and the Amador Causeway about 10 minutes away. In addition the facility is very clean, the security guards helpful and the community pool always clean and neat.
