El Internet muy malo nunca lo pudieron arreglar Sin botiquín de primeros auxilios y esto es importante para cualquier negocio que presta servicio personas es un requerimiento que se pide en seguridad ocupacional También será importante que el hotel preste información turística en relación a algún servicio de visita a lugares importantes del país ya que no tenían ningún tipo de información ningún convenio con alguna empresa que diera recorridos por la ciudad El buffet un poco limitado y repetitivo pero no estaba malo el restaurante limpias las habitaciones la ubicación muy buena se podía llegar a pie a cualquier lado muy seguro

The hotel rooms are reasonably priced and the rooms are lovely. The housekeeping staff do an excellent job. My only concern was that most of the staff do not speak nor understand English. I have already recommended the hotel to some of my friends who will be travelling to Panama later this year.

I like that most places are walkable. The metro is close by and taxis are easily accessible. The hotel is in the city center with lots to do during the day and night. The breakfast was commendable with different additions everyday. The rooms are spacious and the balcony allows you to see the high rise buildings nearby.

i was excited about my trip to cartagena. the exeutive hotel was more than expected. staff was nice and courteous. breakfast was great. located one block from the beach. close to shopping and restaurants. will stay there again

Poor service at the Bar. I had to wave my hand for people for service. The employees talked among themselves and not pay attention to the guest. Ran out of toilet paper. Swimming pool was being cleaned, when it should be open to the guest. Big mistake. Pool attendent, need to clean it before 8:00 AM.

Very clean, and quiet hotel. All the staff very nice, and accommodating. The hotel is centrally located, and you can walk to many attractions. Delicious breakfast is provided, and this is a big plus. All our trips were arranged by very knowledgeable and very nice staff member. Thank you so much. I would highly recommend this hotel.
