OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
☀Resort Fee: A separate $90 resort fee plus tax & fees is to be paid directly to LakeTown Wharf resort for wristbands and parking passes for 2 vehicles. A link will be sent to your cell phone before your arrival date to complete this check-in process.
☀ Guest Count: Please enter the exact number of guest count.
☀AGE Requirement: Reserving Guest must be at least 18 years old and be able to show valid I.D. upon check in.
☀No visitors policy: Only registered guests are allowed in the property and the resort does not allow visitors of guests.
☀Door Access Code: Will be sent the of your check-in.
☀You will receive a Welcome document couple days before your trip - telling you everything you need to know about the resort, PCB (attractions, restaurants etc.) along with lots of interesting local tips!
☀☀Elevators Wait: During Spring Break(March/April) & peak Summer season (June-Aug) please expect longer elevator wait times which is common for most high rise buildings in Florida beach destinations!

☀Insects and pests: Please remember you are in Florida! ... so depending on the time of year and weather conditions, guests may encounter insects and bugs such as roaches, mosquitoes, spiders, palmetto bugs etc. While we do utilize a periodical pest control service, we are unable to offer any refunds for the occasional bug or insect that may make its way inside the condo. Guests can help by keeping all doors/windows closed, disposing off trash and storing food in a responsible & hygienic manner.
