The condo itself was fantastic, clean, and beautiful, BUT the communication with the owner/property manager (Alesia) was horrible!
After booking the condo, we sent Alesia a message asking 2 questions. Her reply was short and she only answered 1 out of the 2 questions. We had to text her again for her to answer our 2nd question. This should have been our 1st clue of things to come.
We never received instructions on how to get inside to the condo. Since we received no communication, we thought someone would meet us upon our arrival. Not hearing anything and getting nervous about the arrival, we contacted Alesia the day of check in.
We started calling and texting Alesia when we were about 4 hours away, saying that we did not have have instructions on how to access the condo. She never replied.
We arrived around 9:45pm. Upon arrival, we realized they didn't have a check in office and everything was closed and locked. We called Alesia and left voicemails. Frustrated with the poor communication from Alesia, and already paying for the stay, we called her repeatedly until she answered. When she finally answered, she rudely stated she sent an email with the instructions, insinuating we made a mistake. She asked us to hold, and it seemed she realized she made a mistake. With no apology, she sent us a text with the door code to enter the condo. My wife text her thank you, again no reply. Throughout our stay, she never checked on us and never offered an apology for the mix up.
